Supply and fixing steel rolling shutter 1.25mm thick lath thickness, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre & UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 lit / 10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 lit /10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified & as diretced

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of walls including applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joint 50mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Triple pole and earth enclosure with three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB 32 Amps.

S&laying sub main wiring with two run of 4X16 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor with two run of 16 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including capping & casing or concealed on wall/ceiling in PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) 3 runs of 16 Sqmm cable, will be measured as one unit .

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 50 mm dia, GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) Taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - The rates for earth work, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, CI cover, etc shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.

Supply and laying in trenches LT UG cable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of light grade, GI tubing, of size 50mm dia, for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, in soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil/materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- The punned thickness 18cm shall be considered for payment purposes.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB DB 06 way VTPN double door powder coated complete alongwith suitable size rated Bus bar, 415 Volts IP 54 protection, suitable for MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amp as incommer. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB TPN should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 415 V fixed type 200 Amps suitable for VTPN DB with breaking capaity 16KA complete all as specified and directed.
