Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 12 here in befor but except bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No 13 above including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water,shall be used ), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 as in sub base floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for black granite (of any type) tiles 16–18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations and including making holes for gas pipes or WHB outlet /inlet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings /dados of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 9-10mm thick of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 19 above but 100 to 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick full body vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 600 x 600mm ( Geostone of Somany equivalent in Orient / Johnson/Kajaria/ AGL /Nitco ) as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B–1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete, all as specified and as directed.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

S&F for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fittted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauge, etc sizes of member of shutter as specified in SSR part–I Sec–8 clause 8.24 (a) all as directed.
