(iii) If Contactor does not provide High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine or Tata magic mounted Desilting Machine as required at site of above mentioned specifiacation with minimum number of staff as mentioned then a penalty at the rate Rs. 20000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's til that day when Contractor provides above all mentioned for cleaning of Sewage Lines.

(iv) Complaints cell for receiving complaints from MES Users or as directed by Engr-In-Charge shall be opened by the contractor from 09.00 am to 0 5.00 pm at MES service centre of AGE E/M-II under GE (U) Ambala Cantt. The complaints pertaining to sewage cleaning and opening of blockage etc. against serial item No 1shall be attended and completed within 24 hours after lodging/ receipt of complaints. Contractor shall ensure that all the complaints shall be attended and completed within above prescribed schedule/ time period, failing which, a penalty at the rate of double the quoted rate for that particular trade work/complaint per day till the satisfactorily completion of complaint shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's dues. A separate register shall be maintained for recording the same and shall be signed by both the contractor or his authorised rep and Engr-in-Charge.

(v) : For each complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and shall be produced at the time of payment to be made to the contractor.

(vi) : Format of docket slip and complaint register shall be provided by contractor as per sample. Stationery i.e. log sheets, docket slips, job cards, complaint registers, handing taking registers, etc. shall be provided by the contractor without any exta cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. The complaint slip shall be prepared by the contractor or his authorised rep and handed over to the tradesmen and necessary entry shall be made in the complaint register and will be handed over to concerned JE / the Engr-in-Charge next day. Contractor shall maintain seprate register for lodging the complaints and the same shall be produced to concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge on next day. Length of cleaning of sewage line will be mentioned by contractor per day and will be certified by Engr-in-Charge .

(vii) : Necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equpiments Oxygen Mask and cylinder etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor .

Cleaning of under ground EXISTING SEWAGE SGSW/RCC/HDPE pipe line of any dia of pipes line and depth upto 1.5 mtr and above including manholes of any size working/running conditions involving removal of blockages of any kind of sewage lines and manholes by means of Heavy truck mounted High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine or Tata magic mounted Desilting Machine as required at site including desludging, descaling and dechoking of lines whereever required, flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and funtional. Removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary Insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified and directed by Engr in-charge. (Note :- All sludge/debried should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing/depositing of sludge/debries not exc 500mtr beyond the periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre. Notes for Ser item Nos 2 & 3:-The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following :-

(i) Contractor shall provide minimum 3 Nos skilled/unskilled menpower on each day for cleaning of Sewage line as per the users satisfaction . However, the numbers of skilled and unskilled menpower shall be increased as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) : For each cleaning of sewage line complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and submitted to Engr-in Charge and maintain the recored for payment purpose. Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced Concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions arches, pillar or any other description and in any situatoin etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specificaly provided for complete and removing the unserviceable rubbish outside the MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, pipes foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serl item No 7 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 metre deep but not exceeding 3.00 metre deep complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serl Item No 9 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 200 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded mechenically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 250 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded mechenically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for H.D.P.E. Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipes (ISI marked) 150 mm bore SN-8 Class as per IS 16098 part II for nonpressure Underground drainage and Sewerage applications with specials including cost of special O rubber ring couplers etc., laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient, jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions and jointing accessories / fittings including demolation of existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serl item No 15 here-in-before but DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe 200 mm bore Class SN-8 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Serl item No 15 here-in-before but DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe class S N 8 of 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded machnically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, RCC circular manhols abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed .

Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed .

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similarwork exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D corrosion resistant steel (CRS) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate machanically crushed stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses as in manholes complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and the like complete all as in manholes specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item no. 30 here-in-before but reforming benching for 200/250 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

Cutting of existing road including premix carpet, WBM , hardcore and including making good road surface as per existing road specifications complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix manhole cover SFRC(steel fiber reinforced cover) factory made of size 560 mm dia with and including suitable steel frame as per manufacturer's instructions , heavy duty as approved by GE including demolation of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rolled mild steel sections (Fe-290W (Gde-E-165 quality-A)) as in stairs (framed) In flat,round or square bars including cleats, brackets,including embedding in concrete as in steps of manhole etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 60 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size,rubber moulded M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion including demolation of existing complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2,using 40 mm graded machanically crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in sub base of floors and pavings laid in alternative bays and making impresions of expanded metal while concrete in green. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors,type B, conforming to IS 13592-1992 supplied laid , jointed & tested including taking out/down old pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Material and Labour for Brick work for raising and repairing of manholes straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 Mtr means radius built in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 40 here in before but except bricks. (Old brick obtained from Ser item No 05 here in before shall be reused after cleaning)

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on plastered/unplastered surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clearspan, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in man hole cover, with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throttling etc and set in cement mortor (1:4) complete with joint to match including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 212250.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in PDFf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
