M&L Rendering 12mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, roof projection, chajja facia upto four storey height, plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using Extra Cement, including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying exterior wall putty 1.5 mm thick for smooth surface and finished with two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable exterior primer, applied with rollers to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls upto double storey consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of Walls and applying two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint over a coat of suitable exterior Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, plain, etc.) sheets in roof/wall coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof/wall coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated sheet in roof, wall fixed with L type or J type hook complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick, fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new AC corrugated roofing sheets incl ridges, valleys etc and painting with two coats of cement base paint (in camouflage pattern) over c coat of suitable primer including necessary scaffolding, protection gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old untreated AC corrugated roofing sheets incl ridges, valleys etc by properly removing loose dirt or dust, algae, lichen, fungi or any other organic growth by using stiff brush, bleaching powder, washed well, allowing surfaces to dry and painting with two coats of cement base paint (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable primer including necessary scaffolding, protection gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, with minimum zinc coating of 275 grams/Sqm, grade of corrugation depth Gde”B”, with two corrugation side laps fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof etc, bent to curve (of any radius) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, plain mild steel sheeting 0.80 mm thick, with minimum zinc coating of 275 gram/Sqm, as in ridge, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new corrugated galvanised steel roofing sheets by treating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary scaffolding, safety gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plain galvanised steel roofing sheets by treating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary scaffolding, safety gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces of buildings or boundary walls, filling of cracks with suitable paste and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint (in camouflage pattern) over a coat of suitable exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted external surfaces of buildings or boundary walls, by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down, filling of cracks with suitable paste and applying One Coat of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint (in camouflage pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces of boundary walls, filling of cracks with suitable paste and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint over a coat of suitable exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted external surfaces of boundary walls, by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down, filling of cracks with suitable paste and applying One Coat of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Writing Letters or Figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) on Buildings, not exc 15 cm High, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description in rafters, purlins and wind ties wtc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Gde Fe-410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary scaffolding, safety gear etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated/painted steel angle/surfaces, exc 10cm in width or girth, of any description for 'Y' shape MS angle iron sections over boundary wall by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for the following applications as under:- (a) Scope of work consists of painting to angle iron sections over boundary wall fixed as support of barbed wire and concertina coil and the work needs to be carried out between the existing barbed wire and concertinal coil. Contractor shall quote his rate considering the above aspect and no claim shall be admissible at a later stage. (b) The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust, lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth, loose paoint, rust by use of stiff brush, washed well and allow water to dry before painting. (c) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Deptt shall not be liable for any untoward incident. (d) The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form works as required for a height of not less than 3.5mtr (Approx).

M&L preparing Old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- This item shall be executed for all other steel surfaces expet Item No 27 here-in-before)

M&L for preparation of old painted roof surfaces and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint (in new camouflage pattern) over steel surfaces (corrugated/plain) exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (a) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before exeution of work. (b) Insurance of worker shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (c) The quoted rate shall deem to incude the cost of necessary scaffolding and form works as required for a height of building not exceeding 12mtr (Approx). (d) Painting to be done by using Airless Paint Sprayer Painting Machine Ceiling Spray Gun, having maximum pressure 3300PSI（22.7MPa), Max flow rate 2.0±10%（L/min), standard nozzle size 0.017,Length of high pressure hose 50m maximum complete all as per manufacturer instruction. (e) The surfaces shall be properly cleaned to remove loose dirt, old paint by use of sand paper, washed with alkaline soap solution in case of oil and grease or with the help of paint removing chemicals as per manufacturer's instructions.

GENERAL NOTES:- 1) All Qty of distemper, Primer and Exterior Emulsion Paint would be deposited in MES store before start of the work. 2) Material would be issued by JE/AGE as per site requiredment. 3) Make of Primer shall be same as that of overlaying paint. 4) Type of Primer shall be as recommended by manufacturer for respective surface.
