Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply only reinforcement and chicken wire mesh will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply only chicken wire mesh of size 12.5mm x 1mm complete all as specfied and directed

Supply only high strength deformed bar TMT bars 8mm dia and over, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (any colour) including all necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying wall care putty in new external surfaces of bldg (average thickness 2mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using necessary scafolding and safety arrangements including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready to receive exterior painting and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior wall primercomplete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of building of any type viz cement base paint, external emulsion, texture finished exterior paint etc with mechanical means including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and ready to receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old existing plastered / unplastered surface and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint in approved tint over one coat of exterior wall primer on existing surface of building (all as per manufactures instructions) with and including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces. (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Cutting down small trees / bushes from wall/roof/chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instructions and making good the disturbed portion to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm Height, including stops, coma, dash, hyphens, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old decorated concrete/ brick/stone /tile surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled/ Terracotta paint of any shade / colour complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing 1.0mm to 1.5mm thick dune/ grit sand finish ready mixed product with natural stone granules / minerals in particle size of 400-600, 600-800, 1000-1200 micros consisting of excellent synthetic /acrylic binder anti cracking, anti foaming, anti fungal, anti rusting agents and applied directly over the cement plaster / stone surface over a coat of base coat including necessary steel scaffolding work, complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.
