M & L for applying two coats of 100% permium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm /litre ans UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, Alkali, & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surface. to all external walls, of approved shade/colour over a coat of damp sheet exterior primer including prepration of new plastered or old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and cleaning with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" /9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skillled labour over and including water proof wall putty to give smooth and even surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated surfaces of walls chajjas balcony facia etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surface. complete all as specified. make : Nerloac "Excel Everlast -12"/Asian "Apex Ultima"/ Berger" Weather coat long life-7",of required shade over a coat of putty of make :Biral / JK/ Berger. Notes for item 1 & 2 The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a)The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU form authorised appplicator through manufacturer of the marterials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The contractor shall upload with th doucments under cover I "Memoradum of understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contracts, failing which the bid shall be laibale to be rejected. (c) Use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bans, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from spashers. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, eirings etc. Drops snd splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of engineer -in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10sqm be prepared considering all the item of periodicl and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying okut further work. (j) item such as putty used for cracks filling will be paid and measured seperately.
