Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200mm/14mm sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and weight not less than 325 gms including providing insulation by duly painted including varnishing, oiling, greasing, replaceing bearing, flexible wire and gun metal shaft complete reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, shall be measured and paid in this item and nothing extra shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Working spaces if required will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises. (iii) If winded fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding, contractor will repair the same without any extra cost. (iv) Cost of Machining work in body of ceiling fan by taking out worn out bush, boring hole to accommodate ball bearings is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Cost of carrying ceiling fan fan from site to the workshop and refixing of the same after repair is included in this item and all T&P and vehicle cost will be born by the contractor in this regard. (vi) Cost of taking down refixing of fan shall be included in this items and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (vii) Cost of shaft shall be paid under relevant item of sch.

Dis-assembling of exhaust fan of size 250mm/300mm/350mm/450mm/600mm AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz 900/1400 RPM for repair, removing existing burnt winding wire, bearing/bushes, tapes, flexible wire, shaft, check nuts, frame and rewinding with super enameled copper windings wire of suitable size and weight not less than 450gms and replacement of bushes, bearings, tubes, papers, shafts, check nuts, bolts and washers, capacitors, twin core wire of copper conductor flexible cable, greasing, varnishing and reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings/bushes, provided shall be measured and paid in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Working spaces if required will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair within AGE E/M store yard premises. (iii) If winded exhaust fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding, contractor will repair the same without any extra cost. M&L for cutting holes in the wall for fixing exhaust fan of sweep upto 600mm and making good the distrubed surfaces all as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
