Complete removal of wild grass/ vegetation from sewage well and surrounding area from each Sewage well and making the surface clear, plain and spraying suitable chemical on the same clean area after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified & directed. Note:- 1. T&P machinary like JCB,hydra etc and chemical will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. 2. No extra payment will be done to contractor for arranging these Items. 3. Conractor will make arrangement for reaching upto or inside well and repair the same if any damages at their cost. 4. Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate.

Material & Labour for brick masonry valve pit of internal size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm with one brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20cm thick PCC plateform with 15cm off sets on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50mm thick RCC cover in two equal parts 1:2:4 type B-1 with 10mm dia deformed bars at 10cm center to center on both side including necessary form work with 150mm dia hole in the center complete including demollition and removing of old material from the site for credit or disposal complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as in hung shutter, gates including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding door bolts, grills, gratings, etc. with ends of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165, complete including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix Electric Resistance Insulated Rubber Floor mat sheet of size 1mx2mx25mm thick ISI marked and equivalent colour as per direction with fixing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 250 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber boared gasket nuts, washers etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of GI strip 32x6 mm and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:3:6 type C-2 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Material and Labour for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage pump houses and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items complete all as specified & directed. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs 50/- per hour shall be imposed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 250 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work as required shall be included in quoted rate for this item.

Rewinding of motor 40 HP non clog submersible sewage pumping set with suitable size and proper guage of winding wire using best quality of insulation material provided with thermal switches for protection against excessive temp free and replacing O ring set full fastner set, Nitrile O ring and bearing, seals and varnish the motor using fine quality varnish complete all as specified & directed. Note:- a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor. b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor.

Material and Labour for removing existing existing 60/80 mm thick coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape including demolition of PCC and relaying the existing precast concrete interlock paver block with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 110975.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
