EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, comissioning and testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volt as per IS-1180 (Part-I). Outdoor type, copper wound, suitbale for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 100 KVA, oil immersed having Vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including provision of first filling iof transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on Ht side to vary secondary voltage to +7.5% nd -7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all the accessories and the under mentioned fittings all as specified and directed by GE:- (A) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. B) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for netral brought out on a bushing (C ) Lifting lugs (D)Drain valve with plug or cover plate (E) Dehydrating breather (F)Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (G) Cooling Radiator (H) Thermometer pocket (I) Conservator (J) Oil filling hole with cover.

(K) Thermometer: 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temprature indication with resetting as directed by the GE. (L) Any othe fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of effecient functioning of the transformer. Note - (i) The fittings & accessories of the transformers shall be conforming to IS 3639:1996. (ii) The transformer shall be installed on a platform/ foundation as per manufacturers design and cost of the same shall be deemed to be deducted in quoted area. (iii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests, in the factory premises, in the presence of Rep of Acepting Office (who will be detailed by the Accepting Officer on the receipt of request from the contractor) In addition to routine tests, the transformer shall be tested for 10% over load at factory premises for minimum 01 hour after full load cycle of 08 hours. All the test results shall be produced before payment. All necessary arrangements i.e. Co-ordination with the manufacturer & testing officer, arranging equipments and materila to facilitate testing at the manufacturer's premises etc. shall be made by the contractor. Note ; Tenderer can procure the transformer from Group II make without any price adjustment.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate of size 80 cm high 30cm width and 50mm thick duly curved at the top of the indicator duly engraved the “MES HT CABLE” including excavation & earthwork, removing and properly grouting in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaire IP 66 street light aerodynamically designed with better thermal management 90 watt complete with all accessories etc including connecting with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size rod complete with all accessories all as specified and directed. Note for item 4.12 & 4.14 (i) CRI 70 (ii) PF 0.9 (iii) Lumens min 90 Lux /watt (iv) THD shall be 20%.

Supplying, installation of pre wired timelite distrubution boards in sheet metal enclosure having time switch astro type having longitudinal and latitude of Indian cities 415 V, three pole of 32 Amp rated with contactors complete and MCBs , complete all as specified and directed.

Suuply, installation, commissioning and testing of 16 m high mast light continuously tapered multifaceted and polygon cross section high mast as per following detailed specification. (i) LED flood light luminaries 9 Nos 150 watt asymmetrical beam non integral including control gear and LED complete suitable for 230 Volt supply. (ii) ½ section length with suitable slip joint between section length without welding .(iii) Raising / lowering type lantern carriage to carry 9 Nos luminaries. (iv) stainless steel rope suitable for carry lights .(v) Hinged service door in base section. (vi) Suitable arrangement for supply distribution with terminal of UG cable. (vii) Double drum winch with separate handle for manual operation .(viii) Lightening conductor finial made of 25 mm doa 300 mm length GI tube. (ix) Anchor plate, design and casting RCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation . Note: Rate of luminaire and RCC foundation will be included in the quoted rate.

S &F of control cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of control cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) surrounded from all directions with charcoal dust, salt and edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of glavanized iron and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mesh as specified and connected all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil and PCC 1:2:4 type B - 1 in chamber and 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B - 1 using XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm for cover slab/coping complete all as specified. The GI earth strip & 40mm dia bore light grade GI pipe upto 7.5 M deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Beyonnd 7.5 M GI earth strip and GI tubing light grade 40mm dia shall be measured and paid under the respective item of schedule all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: The unit rate quoted by tendrer is deemed to be include for necessary excavation, removal of surplus soil, PCC foundation, RCC cover, XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm, earth lead protection up to 7.5m etc complete.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of totally anti corrosive bobbin wound filter PRAGA model 2000 mm dia vertical floor mounted self supporting pressure filter with thickness as specified by the manufacturer dished ends complete with UPVC face piping ABS plastic with manual snap dump drain valve, water drain vlave pressure gauge sample cock , air vent and all accessories with initial charge of filter media and with vertical supports with piping and suitable foundation and piping and as required at site for swimming pool complete all with the following specifications. Make : ION Exchange, Maic India, Jesco, Scale Master, Scal Guard, Scale Guard Weldone, Aqua Mech, Astral pool, Hayward, Leisurepool./ water miracle. (a) Flow rate 125 m³/ Hr (Each). (b) The media for pressure filter i.e silica quartz sand and gravel and any other requirements for functioning of filteration plant as per manufacturer recommendation shall be included in the quoted rate of contractor and nothing extra adimisable to contractor on this account.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Cast Iron Pumps 3000 r.p.m. Mechanical Seal in Stainless Steel. I.P.-54 motor protection. Stainless steel AISI-420 shaft. Stainless steel AISI-316 strainer basket. Conn. PN-16 according to DIN2501. Flowrate : 125 m3/h @ 16m.head electric motor having operating Voltage 400V/ 3 phase (50 cycles AC vibtration pad delivery side including PCC foundation and armoured PVC cable of proper size from panel to electric motor as specified and directed (4 nos working + 1 nos stand by). Note: The cost of PCC, vibration pad, connection cables shall be included in the quoted rate of tenderer.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of pool cleaner for Comercial Pool 25Mtr. Cleans the floor and wall and water line suction sweeper mointed on common base plate monoblock of discharge capacity 120 LPM at 20 mtr head directrly coupled with electric driven 415 Volts, 3 phase electric motor including DOL starter for operating the motor including cleaning brush, PVC hose pipe of size 40 mm dia of 60 mtr length and connected copper conductor PVC insulated three core cable of size 10 sqmm-50 RM complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Supply , fixing & testing of UPVC pipes of 200mm OD (IS: 4985-2000 class V 10 Kgf/cm2 pressure)(quick fit pipes) including injection moulded fittings (heavy duty) (plain or door) e.g. bends, junction, cowls, tees, offsets, access pieces etc. Clamps/Supports jointing with rubber ring/solvent cement joints including cutting chase or holes in walls and floors and making good as required at Site.

M&L for Ductile Iron pipes 150mm bore with spigot and socket ends centrifugal cast, class K-7 as per IS 8329 in any length suitable for and including rubber tightening joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note : (a) DI Pipes as well as fittings shall be ISI marked. (b) DI Fittings shall be of same make as that of DI pipe or of the make as recommended by manufacturer of pipe. (c) Cost of Rubber tyton joints is included in overall cost quotted by contractor. However DI pipe fittings shall be measured & paid separately.

S & F DI fittings of any any size, any type ISI marked as per IS 9523 as required at site with all sockets or socketed and spigotted or socketed and flanged or spigot and flanged ends all as specified and directed of size upto 150 mm dia bore.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note for item No. 5.08 & 5.09 : (a) cost of joints i.e. rubber gasket, nuts, bolts etc. is included in overall cost quotted by the contractor (b) Test certificate of manufacturer shall be provided without which no payment shall be given.
