M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/ existing cable trenches/ ducts in layers of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised steel pipe light grade ISI marked 80 mm nominal bore dia for passing of cable fixed to pole/ Wall/ laid under floor/ roads with and including fittings as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS: 7098-1985 laid in trenches, under road or passing through pipes/ ducts or fixed to walls/ poles with proper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, front & rear openable with locking arrangement, suitable for AC,3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA/ MS sheet (Min size 1.5 m x 1.25 m x 0.8 m) with synthetic enamal paint both side. The panel have to provide proper compartment as per IS specification and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor FRLS-H cable not less than 2.5 Sqmm with thimbles all as directed. Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of up to 1/2 mtr height from ground level and 1/2 mtr for Below ground level in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm crushed stone aggregates comprising of following:-

(i) Panel having common aluminium bus bar of capacity 1000 Amp TPN each and suitable capacity TPN bus bar for outgoing MCCB's,including aluminium lugs to connect the cable and cable gland for Each cable entry as per cable size. (ii) Incoming:- (a) MCCB thermal released based with overload short circuit and earth fault protection and inbuilt earth release suitable size and capacity, 400 Amp 4 Pole ICU = ICS = 36 KA with overload variation 40-100% - 01 No (Incoming) (iii) Outgoing:- (a) MCCB thermal released based with overload short circuit and earth fault protection and inbuilt earth release suitable size and capacity, 200 Amp 4 Pole ICU = ICS = 36 KA with overload variation 40-100% - 02 Nos. M&L for painting to steel tubular pole with and including cross arms 11 mtr long except planting depth/ PCC coping including two coats of aluminum paint with scrubbing of old paint including preparation of old painted surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of PCC pole/ steel tubular 11 mtr pole up to 1.5 mtr height from PCC, of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of cement primer with red and yellow strips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of all channels, clamps, spikes, cross arms of 4 pole structure and 2 pole structure at upper substation including two coats of aluminum paint with scrubbing of old paint including preparation of old painted surface in silver color, complete all as specified and directed.
