M & L for removing the burnt winding from the submersible motors of capacities exceeding 12.5 HP and not exceeding 15 HP completely and replacing with same gauge sleeved copper winding wire complete as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repairs GI tubing 50mm bore medium grade by replacing corroded existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair GI tubing 50mm bore as in standard length of 3 mtr heavy duty flanged type with jointing material like nut ,bolt and gasket etc by replacing corroded existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair submersible cable 3 core 10 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor including taging of cable with GI Pipe in replacement of unserviceable existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etc and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil / excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing as in repair mild steel holding down clamps (set of two) made out from 100mm wide, 10mm thick flat iron and length 1.5 meters bent in shape as specified fixed with 4 set of nut, bolt and washer for holding 50mm dia housing pipe fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair mild steel cap of 5.4 mm wall thickness with internal threads and locking arrangement suitable for housing pipe of 200 mm dia fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair gun metal non-return valve screwed both ends for iron pipe 50mm bore dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supplying and laying as in repairs XLPE cable, PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor, electric cable LT, 1100V grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F as in repair LT out door panel junction box factory made 3.15 mm thick sheet of size not less than 500 X 500 X 300 mm duly painted with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangment including 01 x MCCB adjustable thermal setting TPN 63Amp, breaking capacity 16kA grouted in PCC having insulated copper bus bar 200 Amps current rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubical panel board compartmentalized with seperate bus and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS / IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (Manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad-locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coating painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame and four legs of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate.

Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards(02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall not be less than 750mm x 600mm x 450mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity including taking down old unserviceable LT Panel complete all as specified and directed:-

Supply and fix as in repair GI long bend of size 50 mm bore medium grade by replacing corroded existing GI bend complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair GI union of size 50 mm bore medium grade by replacing corroded existing GI bend complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair GI heavy duty seam less socket of size 50 mm dia by replacing corroded existing GI socket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying as in replacement 40 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanised iron pipe laid in trenches for protection of cables, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for pea gravel of size 3 mm to 4 mm packing all around the casing pipe to entire depth upto ground level around the housing/assembly & slotted pipe of bore well complete all as specified and as directed (for works involving rotary rig boring). Note: (a) Measurement of pea gravel shall be taken in measuring box at site & the same shall be recorded in MB duly signed by Engr-In-Charge before packing surrounding the tube well assembly. (b) From the total volume 10 % (Ten Percent) of the volume shall be deducted & net volume thereafter worked out for the purpose of the payment.
