(vii) The Schedule 'A' consists of comprehensive maintenance of M/S Thyssen Krupp ( Formerly known as TK Elevator India Private Limited) lifts at Tejas Enclave and NTS ( Married Accn ). The work under this contract shall be carried out through authorized dealer/ trained Engineer M/S Thyssen Krupp only all as described in schedule 'A' special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE/Engineer-in-charge. The tenderer shall upload/submit the scanned copy of Intent of MOU with OEM i.e M/S Thyssen Krupp ( Formerly known as TK Elevator India Private Limited) in cover No.1, failing which the tender application/bid will be summarily rejected. The contractor shall also submit the physical copy of Intent of MOU along with their application and DD in the office of tender inviting authority prior to bid opening date (Cover 1) failing which bid submitted by the contractor will be summarily rejected. The contractor however shall submit MOU as per format within 15 days of acceptance of tender failing which, contract may be cancelled without any notice to the contractor and work may be get executed under other means as per amendment to GCC. The MOU will be signed by both the parties (i.e) contractor and OEM as per proforma attached on a non judicial stamped paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized.

(v) Unload car (s) checking the worn gear lash and adjust by removal of sheaves as required. (vi) Checking of motor bearing, clean and lubricant (vii) Checking that the gear coupling belts are tight (viii) Checking oil seals of gear box and fill fresh oil (ix) Contractor is responsible for maintenance of lift well/pit /shaft/machine room in dry and clean condition at all times. Any entry of water needs to be pumped immediately and rates quoted is inclusive of necessary pumping arrangement. A pump shall be kept in store at all time to meet the emergency. No extra payment will be done in this account. Failing Rs 10000/- recovered as penality per failure due to above reason
