Laying only old serviceable LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe of 25sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core all as directed retrieved from item srl No. 4.00 (here-in-before).

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 10 sqmm 2 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The rate inclusive of taking down and re-fixing of any type of chequered tiles, inter locking tiles complete as per existing for good make. (ii) The PCC work shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of BOQ.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item Srl Item No. 24.00 (here-in-before) as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Disconnecting and taking out underground cable, including carry out megger testing of dismantle LT cable of 3.5/4 core 25 to 50 Sqmm sizes of length not more than 5 mtr and locating the fault and cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable , connecting with providing new heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit with suitable size , including excavation, returning filling and all connected materials complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation , sand cushioning ,cable cover as bricks etc beyond 5 mtr should be measured and paid separately.

Testing and fault locating of LT underground cable of any size with the help of cable fault locating machine at site including removal of moisture content from cable all as directed. Notes :- (i) The machine for locating of fault will be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates is deemed included the same inclduing cost of necessary excavation & earthwork. (ii) Cable joint will be measured & paid seperately under relevant item

S&F in replacement twin core flat 16 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 10 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 630 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 50 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable concrete pole/struts of any size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 9 mtr long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to included taking out conductors, earthwire from existing pole and refixing to newly errected pole. (ii) Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly complete and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for GI Stay assembly with 20mm dia of stay rod complete with all accessories as shown in electric plate no 1 of MES schedule Part I complete. Note: - Earth work, PCC, loop type insulator shall be measured separately.

S&F in replacement galvanized stay stranded wire of size 7/4 mm and fixing to stay assembly complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR-2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross Arms bracings supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulator any type/ any size from LT poles complete all as specified and directed by.

S&F loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green with over all dimensions 65 mm x 90 mm, clearance of hole 16 mm suitable for 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge..

S&F pin type insulators LT 1100 Volts grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing shackle type insulator LT 1100 volt grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including galvanised insulator bolts, nuts 12 mm dia and washer including 31x3mm galvanised mild steel straps, 75 mm height and 90 mm dia of insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable/old ACSR conductor any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for HT/LT OH lines on poles including stringing ,binding with aluminium wire 14 SWG or aluminium tape incl jumpers complete connecting of disconnected cable, service cable and street light connection complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Stringing / Re-stretching including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 Mtrs between two electric poles having 5 Nos of ACSR conductors including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered manually or by telephonically means to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete as ordered :-

Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line with any number of conductor, 3 mtr on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 mtr away complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (The above is to be ensured for the entire contract period by cutting/trimming of trees any number of times as required). Note :- Trimming of tree branches shall be carried out for any number of conductors in a span surrounded by tree branches.

M&L in replacement of PVC separator in position to keep ACSR conductor as equal spacing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge suitable for 3 Wire of ACSR conductors

All as per Srl item No '62.00' (here-in-before) but 5 Wire

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down existing u/s earthing all as specified & as directed. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

All as per srl item No '64.00' (here-in-before) but using galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead and GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore. NOTE for Srl item no 64.00 & 65.00 :- The unit rate quoted shall includes for protection pipe and GI earth wire 4.00mm /GI strip 25x4mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

Supply and fixing in replacement Indicator lamp LED type (R-Y-B) 240 V, AC, Single phase, fixed on existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement digital type Volt meter 96mm x 96mm of range 0-500 Volts, Class - 1 incl internal wiring with 1.00 sqmm single core copper cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement digital type Ammeter 96mm x 96mm of range 0-600 Volts, Class - 1 incl internal wiring with 1.00 sqmm single core copper cable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT panel boards with the help of jet spray paints, panel out door/in door of size up to 3.00 Sqm floor mounted installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairing of existing LT panel by welding, replacing of 03 Nos of broken hinges as per existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for LT Danger notice plate of size 20 X 15 cm of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures, and conventional skull and bones, in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, and nuts of approved size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth 15 cm depth and getting out in soft /loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegetation saplings , shrubs , bushes , undergrowth roots and removing rubbish upto a distance n exc 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the any installation/ feeder pillar area etc. Note:-The contractor will ensure that no vegetation grows during the contract period on the area so dressed.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of steel tubular poles / rail / garden poles of any height by rubbing sand paper and cleaning, applying two coats of aluminium paint complete and after that apply 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested LT panel board cubical double door compartment outdoor type plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 1.6mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size:- (a) INCOMING :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 250 Amps rating 36 KA rupturing capacitiy with Adjustable Thermal and Fixed Magnetic setting - 01 No. (ii) Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type with 3 way rotary selector switch - 01 No (iii) Ammeter 0-400 Amp digital type with 3 way rotary selector switch - 01 No (iv) Indicating lamp one set of three (v) CT of suitable size class-1 ISI marked - 01 Set of three (b) OUTGOINGS (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, 63 Amps, 25KA - 05 Nos. Supply installation, comminsioning and testing of LT panel box (Kiosk), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply, CPRI approved, factory assembled, having bus bar chamber with insulated Al bus bar 240 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet,outer & inner and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt meter/Ammeter and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron for base frame work, LT panel box should be powder coated including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable of appropriate sizes but not less than 4 sqmm, front opening type with approx for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufactures with 2 keys complete including and comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing u/s Lt panel (a) Incoming (i) MCCB 4 pole, LT 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC, 250 Amps rating with 36 KA rupturing capacity, thermal & magnetic release adjustable type (Ics=100%Icu) - 01 No (ii) Bus bar Aluminium TPN 400 Amps - 01 Set of 4 Note:- (i) All incoming / outgoing cables shall be connected through suitable size gland plate/glands and these will be connected with Al lugs of suitable size (ii) The size of gland plates should be suitable capacity of cable (iii) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included necessary internal wiring with copper conductor of suitable size as per manufacture requirement

M&L for dismantling defective PCC coping around damage steel tubular pole/PCC pole and new copping around the pole PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (of size 60cm x 60cm x 100cm) including 04 Nos angle iron of size 50mmx50mmx6mm 01 mtr length, welding/tightening using MS clamp of size 32mmx6mm to damage pole for toughness/reinforced the pole including excavation, returning and filling, removing complete including making good surfaces area as per surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested busbar chamber plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amp 4 Nos installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. busbar chamber shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of CRCA MS and fix in wall through grouting, including all fixing accessories such as sutable size of nuts, bolts, washers, grouting bolts, fixing of LT incoming and outgoing cable through suitable size of legs

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 50mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed
