Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only , complete, all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 08 here in befor but except bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No 07 above (rates including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water) ,shall be used , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster 15 mm thick in cement motar (1:4), complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:– firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio (1:1:1) shall be applied, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall and applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer and applying 1mm to 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/ concrete wall and applying two coats of white lime wash,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L galvanised iron tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as in repair complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L galvanised iron tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as in repair complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 litre and not exc. 500 litres and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing water storage tank, 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white colour, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore and including 20mm bore tank nipple & one 20mm GI union at outlet and including dismantling of water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part–I complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe tank of capacity 500 litre & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc.

S&F 20 mm bore Gun–metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe as in repair , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 grams per Sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa having zinc coating 150grams/Sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe–410–W (Grade E–250) quality 'A' , complete, all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and false ceiling frame work of any size/ description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of fixing GI OREO Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece. frame shall be same menufucture DEXUNE, Armstones, Hi-steel.

Demolition and breaking of PVC pipes/ salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete 110mm bore /75mm dia laid in trenches /floor or fixed to wall set in cement moratar complete all as specified and directed

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor or fixed to wall , complete, all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 35 here in before but except pipe, old pipe shall be used as obtained from serial item No. 34 here in before ( rate including for cleaning of pipes above with rubber ring joints to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing with stack clamps 50mmx5mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing end of stays to wall or roof for 100/110 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding, rounded or chamfered on edges including from work where ever required , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete tiles, 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 , complete, all as specified and as directed.
