(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting ofthree nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 185 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (l)  Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. Note :- (a) Tranformer shall be energy efficient and be star rated complying with following requirements as under :- (i) Distribution transformer 11KV/433V upto 500 KVA capacity shall be three star rated/marked in accordance with pilot energy labeling scheme. Such mark/label shall be there on the transformer supported by manufacture's declaration/certificate to this effect. (ii) Transformers 11KV/433V, other than being star rated,will have Max losses given as under. The losses of transformers of intermediate rating should also fall in the respective bracket of maximum losses. The manufacturer has to render a certificate with details that heir transfoemer losses at 50% as well as 100% loading doesn't exceed as per IS requirements.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of factory made tested LT panel board cubical double door compartment outdoor type Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing/plate mounted made out 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner compartment 1.6mm CRC sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing ACB, MCCB, MCB and TPN having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer ACB/MCCB

The bus bars shall be installed with colour code heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulato of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500mm through out the length of the TPN. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/epoxy insulators having provision for termination off incoming and out going cables. All extension links / interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable/openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air . 3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP 65 degree of protection, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm), including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size complete as specified and consisting the folowing switch gears and accessories (Main Panel Board for 500 KVA Transformer)
