Material and labour for vitrified coloured double / ultra charge tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 04 herein before but on vertical surfaces as skirting and dado over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 –ditto-

Material and labour glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 3000mm x 450mm x 7mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

16-18mm thick Granite work (of any type table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in, set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of existing stone slab compelte all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame exc. 1.5 sqm and n exc 4 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Door closer hydraulically regulated of aluminium extruded section, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness) size quality etc from metal frames fixed with pin, beading or oil putty complete all as specified and directed.

3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty ( or beading ) in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each panes complete all as specified and directed.

Providing wooden laminated flooring with bruce locking system having surface abrasion class AC-3 and density 920 Kg per Cum, of size 1215mm x 194mm x 8mm thick having fire rating class B1, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : ARMSTRONG/VISTA/PERGO

Supply and fix in repair false ceiling with powder coated exposed Gl grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mmx600mm. Grid of modular size 600mm x600 mm shall be supported by 4mm dia Gl wire from purlins/soffit with and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board (Density1200 Kg/Cum) of size 595mmx 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per IS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part-4, 5, 6,7 & 8 complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

Cleaning of 04 Nos windows (there are set of 4 Nos complete glass window of size 2.75x2.10 m of each window) at a height of 35 to 40 mtr from outside the bldg including all necessary chain pully or scaffolding to the external faceand safety arrangements ,manually or mechanically with washing chemicals etc compete all as specied and directed

Powder coated aluminium door frame of hollow section 65x40mm and including aluminium glazed shutters stiles 95x45mm & having grooves for bush beading and top rail of hollow section 80x45mm . Lock rail of hallow section 115x45mm and bottom rail of hallow section 125x45mm with aluminium butt hinges of size 125mm, aluminium anodised handle 200mm long and aluminium floor door stopper, hydraulic door closer mortise lock 65mm,4 leavers and aluminium and glazing with selected quality tinted glass 5 mm thick and rubber beading and aluminium beading and PVC bush beading complete all as directed(Note- Thickness of aluminium section not less than 1.58mm).” complete all as specified and directed.

Fabrication powder coated aluminium air tight sliding type window with AI box frame 65 x35x2 mm shutter with bottom and top rails of section 45x45x2 with 5mm thick selected quality tinted glass pan inclding rebated fixing builder hard ware and fitting springs, glazing clips rubber packing for air locking, anodised AI snap beading screw etc for fixing glass pane in frame shutters cover selected quality glass 5mm thick rubber packing including aluminium grill size of 75x75 mm cast type with aluminium beading, gasket etc complete and stailess steel wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar including mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) with and including removal of any existing treatment and removal of all debries /surplus material and soil etc complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20m graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, sub base, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on concrete roof surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc , finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately as supply only).

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen, 3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions, including taking down old existing felt complete all as specified & directed.

Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) 78, solar reflection 0.70 and initial emittance 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Solid 14mm thick wood polymer composite louvers wall paneling (size 192mm x 2900mm x 14mm) fixed to walls with necessary clip, screw / adhesive complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The wall paneling has to be in conformity with the existing wall paneling at site. Bidders ae requestd to visit the site before quoting their bid.

2mm thik PVC sheet fillet/ angle / beading of width 35mm for making frame for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing , complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC over roof slab and parapets finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by removing spoiled paint/scale dirt with wire brush or mechanical means/grinder including washing rubbing and Applying wall care putty interior grade in two coats smoothening the surfaces with sand papers and applying coat of wall primer and two coats of plastic emulsion on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by removing spoiled paint/scale dirt with wire brush or mechanical means/grinder including washing rubbing the surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old decorated wall surfaces and applying One coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of wall sand applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of exterior primer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new decorated concrete or plastered surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer complete

Preparation of old decorated concrete stone surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled complete all as specified & directed.

PVC (SWR) pipe, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls or laid in floor, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Precast factory made RCC manhole and drain covers/slab of size 600 mm x 1200 mm x 100 mm with plain faces, MS frame of 3mm thickness, set in position complete all as specified and directed.
