Description all as per BOQ Item No. 1.00 here-in-before but outdoor type (IP-65 protection) 250 KVA capacity Servo controlled voltage stabilizer . Note for BOQ Item No. 1.00 to 3.00: Provision of suitable platform/plinth as per manufacturer's instructions deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying & testing LT electric power cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cross-sectional area 35 sqmm & 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing LT electric power cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cross-sectional area 400 sqmm & 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole etc, complete all as specified & directed. Note for BOQ Item No. 4.00 & 5.00:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes & protection covers etc. shall be measured & paid separately.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L sand cushioning to cable with a layer of fine sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying old size, common burnt clay, sub class 'B' bricks, designation 75, laid flat & dry for protection of electric cable in trenches, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of electric cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, taxi track, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto 100mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 600mm) by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and using necessary machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil /material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L GI pipe 50 mm bore , light grade laid as in trenches, under road, under floor for electric cable protection and sealing the pipe's both ends with sealing compound complete all as specified & directed .

M&L GI pipe 100 mm bore , light grade laid as in trenches, under road, under floor for electric cable protection and sealing the pipe's both ends with sealing compound complete all as specified & directed .

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 25mm x 3.15mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & watering pipe GI 20 mm bore medium grade 1.5 mtr long including protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in any type of soil and refilling, pit chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , pit cover slab 50mm thick Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including testing on completion at site complete all as specified & directed. Note:- On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft and loose type of soil, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in path/pavings, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 mtr length. 12mm wide & 50mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume.

M&L consolidated hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick each, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over & including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified & directed.

M&L continuous brick edging using sub class “B” burnt clay bricks, old size with width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work embedding bricks at required depth and tamping ground around brick and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified & directed. Note: Brick of class designation 100 i.e. bricks shall be of minimum compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose type of soil, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and making good surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St - 240 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.
