Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV, type-1 size 300X180X40mm for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling of pole, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as coping to poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and errecting pre stressed concrete pole 11.0 metre long in true vertical position 152x152 mm at top and 152x260 mm at bottom, class -9, conforming to IS-1678, including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black radium strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Excavation, earth work, PCC work, channel, clamps, nuts, bolts etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts cross sectional area 400 Sqmm single core grade, laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing or in any other situation complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing,complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing,complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing,including taking down of old cable as existing site complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 100mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 50mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing of any material and description, by trench less technology or manual boring complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (cold shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 35 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of LT Panel of size (1.5m X1.2m X0.75m) , weather proof, outdoor type,degree of protection IP-56, having thickness of 3.15mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle size 60x60x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alley (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and LT panel should be tested from CPRI type test for 4000 amp with breaking capacity not less than 65 KA and IP 56 as per confirming to IEC-61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate comprising of the following :- (a) Copper busbar of capacity 1200 Amps - Set of four. Material and labour of cross arms, clamps, bracing, etc. of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers, including cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if required complete and material and labour for cross arm bracing supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves, made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown or green insulators,11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia, 150 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nos clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. Notes for item No 38 & 39 :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 750 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 4mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with green colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not.exceeding 0.5 cu mtr, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of any size, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO and same shall be convened by GE during execution of work.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips 10mm dia round bars confirming to Fe 500/550 D as in stiffeners to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work, using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in coping and the like, finishing the surface fair and even, including necessary form work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even smooth without using extra cement all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for hand packing (any thickness) with broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level including necassary ramming and watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
