M & L for point wiring (concealed on wall & surface/concealed on cealing) for one light/fan/exhaust fan controlled by one modular/piano switch one way in different locations/building including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked , 20 mm dia, with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm as continuous earth connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 04 above but one 5 pin, 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board not below the switch board of the light point in the same vertical plane.

All as per item No 04 above but for 5 Amps 5 Pin socket outlet on the same board

All as per item No 04 above but one 5 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board for power point with 2.5 sqmm size copper wire

Supply and fix 20 watt linear / circular hanging profile lights with built in LED driver and adjustable hanging SS wire all as specified and directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure DD SPN 240 Volts 08 way DB with 200 Amps rated busbar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,B curve 10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .Make : Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

S&F MCB SPN 40 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring three run of 06 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable ISI marked 1100 volts grade drawn in and including PVC surface conduit suitable size of medium grade fixed on wall/ceiling/passing through wall etc connected as required at site complete all as directed. Note- (a) Two runs of single core cable with one run of earth continuity cable including PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured and paid as one unit). (b) Make disturbed surface good to wall/floors as existing surface.

Ditto-above but three run of 2.5 sq mm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 220 volts 20 Amps with a three pin and earth plug top with socket and one single pole MCB 20 amps complete as well as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on brick/stone/concrete surafces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered decoracted surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint, coloured as approved by GE, including filling all the holes/ cracks with wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required and making uniform smooth surface at any height by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plasterred surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, colour as approved by GE, over & including a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Providing and laying for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in beams, lintels, etc.; complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for rough finished surfaces of concrete formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform, verticle surfaces and any position in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 incl chamfering and rounding of edges where required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm, each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, with ornamental & intricate design etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders,framed balusters, walk ways; railings, & similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165

M&L Second class hardwood 35 mm thickness, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I Section - 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhat.

S&F aluminium colour powder coated door Frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/pre laminated particle board interior panels fabricated including aluminium powder coated beading rubber Gasket and packing materials and shall be drilling in existing wall and thrust bolt suitable size complete comprising the following:- (a) Door frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per spd (b) Door Shutter Vertical Style of Size 85x44.45x2 mm as per spd. (c) Door Shutter Top style section 95.25x44.45x2.00 mm as per spd. (d) Aluminium coloured powder coated middle lock rail/bottom rail section 150x44.45x1.93mm cat No.20002. (e) Aluminium coloured powder coated Tower Bolt 02 Nos in each shutter 200 mm long as spd. (f) Aluminium coloured powder coated handle 02 Nos in each shutter 150 mm long as per spd. (g) Door Floor spring ISI Marked Make-Sandhu, Amar or equivalent. (h) Six lever mortice lock brass on in each door. (j) 12 mm thick partical board (pre laminated both face) exterior grade ISI Marked (k) Tinted glass/Plain glass(Colour) 5mm thick.

Removing of old laying linoleum sheet from the floor alongwith cleaning the surface of any type including required materials at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting and grinding mirror polishing old kota stone flooring including applyign cement slurry to fill the existing joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size not less than 500 x 500 mm over 20 mm thick cement mortar (CM) 1:6 screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F double bowl sinks made of stainless steel 1 mm thick, 304 grade, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to drarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 1145 x 500 x 250 mm bowl size incluidng swan nack rotational type CP pillar tap, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated fabric, water proofing flexible Awnings for windows, sheds,sunshades doors, roof as per directed with approved quality of cloth material, including fixing Accessary of 50 mm dia SS 304 Gde pipe of frame, with factory fabrication and fixing cloth material. Multy colour or plane colour awnings as per sample approved, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
