Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames for doors of size 125 x 60mm, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25cm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 3 Nos 100 mm MS butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each shutters of frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling in frame and for holdfast, 2 Nos 12 mm dia MS tie bars at the bottom of frame and one shop coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35 mm thick, second class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commrcial veneering on both faces ace, size of rails and stiles as per IS 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemical pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of IInd class (hollock) factory made 35mm thick glazed skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. with sizes of members of shutters as specified in para 8.24(a) of SSR 2009 (Part I), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number & minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site with 03 Nos extruded aluminium alloy butt hinges 100mm, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolt 150 mm, 02 Nos aluminium handle 150 mm for each shutter all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, mild steel, ISI marked 100 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminum anodized, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized of size 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 250 mm aluminum anodised sliding door bolt, ISI marked, with hasp, staple (bolt type) complete with clamps bolt not less than 16mm dia and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts an sliding bolt of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of of steel ventilator of section framed fixed type and fixed wire mesh with flat bends 10 mm x 3 mm with nuts / bolts complete including fixing lugs, necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 for filling bed blocks of hold fasts/lugs, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skelton shutter 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable including PCC(C-O ,1:3:6 using 12.5 graded agg) bed blocks for hold fasts and one shop coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery , grills 10mm square bars. (iii) Only Glazing, wire mesh & painting grill shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply and fixing of galvanized steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality, in square not exceeding 0.5 Square metre each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel windows, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanized steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window and with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 3 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge block, shaped door and window stops and the like including all labours articles n. exc. 200 cucm each with & including 50mm long hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel 300 mm, helical door spring with roller plate for door shutter including welding if necessary fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O including dismantling existing mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of mild steel almirah shutters with frame, exceeding 1.5 Square metre, made of 20 gauge mild steel sheet in two leaves as built in furniture in cupboards including locking arrangement with mortice lock of mild steel, vertical type, 65mm size, 2 lever, ISI marked with duplicate keys and handle, etc. all as per Godrej pattern including two coats of spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer complete fixed on brick or concrete wall with minimum six numbers of 10mm dia and 100mm long mild steel bolt with washer and nut in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium pre coated of choice colour designed type 25 mm tubular rod in curtain rod, 1.6mm fancy type including PVC golden colour brakets, latto and wall to wall socket etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 150mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation, No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of factory made PVC hollow as in kitchen cabinet frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet , reinforced with steel square tube inlcuding fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 03 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number & minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair) factory made 28 mm thick PVC moulded door shutter as in kitchen cabinet with particle board core, with 2mm thick moulded pre laminated PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, 5 mm x 25 mm PVC sheet beading on either side including two Nos. aluminium hinges, one aluminium handle and one aluminium barrel tower bolt for each door complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for resecuring without taking down chowkhats or frame not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for resecuring without taking down chowkhats or frame exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) partition ( Area of each panel not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each) with frame of size not less than 100 mm x 44.4 mm x 2 mm including packing with rubber gasket, standard aluminium beading around both sides including 6mm thick plain coloured bakelite sheet or acrylic boards, prelaminated both side with one side decorative choice lamination for fixing in panels of aluminium partition as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) door frame and shutters with hollow aluminium anodized sections as specified including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, dish type door handles, glazed clip, jointing cleats, rubber packing, gasket, dead lock 4 levers, 02 Nos aluminium alloy anodized tower bolts to each leaf etc. including fixing frame to wall/RCC members etc. with rawl plugs complete all as specified and directed. Sections of frame and door shall be as follows : - (a) Door Frame single groove 101.6 mm x 44.45 mm x 2.15mm thick (b) Shutter top 47.62 mm x 44.45 mm x1.95 mm thick. (c) Shutter bottom 114.30 mm x 44.45 mm x 2.1 5mm thick. (d) Shutter vertical 85 mm x 44.45 mm x 1.80 mm thick. (e) Shutter middle 83.5 mm x 44.45 mm x 2.40mm thick. (f) Gauging clip weighing not less than 0.097kg/metre. Note :- Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair of aluminium alloy anodized (powder-coated) window frame with double shutters open able type, with aluminium sections as specified for casement windows with double shutters including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, handles, stainless steel hooks and eyes, aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts, glazing clips, joint cleats, rubber packing, gaskets etc for series-B “ Jindal” section numbers for casement window.complete all as specified and directed comprising of followings :- (a)Frame of section 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2.10 mm thick and section for shutter 47.62 mm x 44.45 mm x1.95 mm thick. (b) Mullion 53 mm x 52 mm x 2 mm thick not less than 1.065 kg/mertre. (c) Glazing clip weighing 0.259kg/mtr. (d) Window shall be provided with 02 Nos. of tower bolt for single leaf and 03 Nos. of tower bolts for double leaf. Tower bolts shall be aluminium alloy anodized weighing 0.302kg/mtr. Handles shall be aluminium anodized ‘D’ type handle of size 98 mm and thickness 2.37mm weighing 0.875kg/mtr and 01 no for each open able leaf. Notes :- Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing of 5.5 mm thick tinted glass in square exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane with heat reflecting properties, black glass file of 50 micron, fixed to aluminium frame with glazing clips, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in , cup board shelves etc including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to steel rolling shutter (chain pulley type) not exc 12 sqm each in area as clear opening by replacing unserviceable parts such as pulley, springs, hood cover, anchoring rod, ball bearings, shaft, etc. including necessary welding, cleaning, greasing, oiling, making in servicable condition as required, one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down rolling shutter and re-erecting/refixing the the rolling shutter in same location complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to steel rolling shutter (gear operated type) area exc 12 Sqm but not exc 25 sqm each as clear opening by replacing unserviceable parts such as gear box, springs, hood cover, anchoring rod, ball bearings, shaft, etc. including necessary welding, cleaning, greasing, oiling, making in servicable condition as required, one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking down rolling shutter and re-erecting/refixing the the rolling shutter in same location complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for running welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, solid PVC wall paneling/ lining PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with and including 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and directed including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed.
