S&F steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) cover anf frame (Heavy duty HD-20 grade designation) 560mm internal diameter confirmoing to IS-12592 total weight of cover and frame shall not be less than 182 kg and to be fixed in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install,commissioning and testing of Horizontal split case cetrifugal pump set 1450 RPM having an output of minimum 1400 LPM at a head of 50 mtr coupled with 3 phase 415 volt squirel case induction motor of adequate capacity complete with and including following :- (a) Necessary wiring for interconnection between starter & pump set with 1100 volt rated FRLSH PVC insulated unarmoured cable of minium 10 sqmm three core cable. (b) Necessary light grade GI pipe protection for cabling from pump set to LT panel. (c) Bourden pressure gauge. (f) The manufacture of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC cerfigicate. (g) Junction box shall be fire retardant and self extigushing in accordance with IEC-60695-2 to 11, DIN VDE 0304 part -3, UL94 V-2 flammability standard. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960C. (h) The degree of protection of enclosure against mechanical load shall be in accordance with E N 50298 for IK08. (j) Junction box shall be 4 pole complete with single pole MCB 'C' curve of 6 AMP, rating.

S&F for Cable route indicator, duly engraved with 'LT CABLE 1100 VOLT' on cast iron round plate 150 mm dia with provision of 500 mm long (minimum) single leg/stand of flat iron 40 x 5 mm, welded/riveted on back side of plate, fixed and grouted in position with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, block of suitable size etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm stone crushed graded aggregate in precast posts for cable route indicator of size 500x300x100 mm rounded top as directed and grouting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) C2 tpye block of size 350mmx150mmx200mm including 10 mm thick plastering all around of exposed surfaces of post above ground with CM (1:4) and applying two coats cement base paint on plastered surface and writing with synthetic enamel paint in black colour in suitable size like HT Cable , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of 11 KV 630 KVA compact sub station with consisting of 01 No. manually operated 11 KV, 630 Amps VCB, HT cable/ Bus bar, transformer 630 KVA, 11 KV/433 oil cooled type & associated LT devices (ACB/ MCCB/ Bus Bar/ Cable). All the main components like VCB, Transformer & LT Panel shall be of same make including foundation as manufacturers specification consisting of following items & as per detailed technical specifications:

HV Section HT 12 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz totally metal clad withdraw able type vaccum circuit Breaker INCOMER CUM OUTGOER (ICOG) panel with Copper bus bar of suitable rating , horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity minimum 630 Amps rated current, as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with ALUZINC not less than 2.5mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non - loaded bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25kA/0.1 Sec.

(A) Panel and VCB parameters are as below:- (i) Rated Voltage level/PF withstand voltage/Impulse level : 12KV/28kV/75 KVP. (ii) Continuous current rating: minimum 630A. (iii) Short circuit withstand current : minimum 25 KA for 3 sec. (iv) One No minimum 630 Amps horizontal draw out type vaccum circuit breaker in 12 KV metal clad floor mouting panel complete with following :- (a) Manually and motor operated (230V,AC,50Hz) spring charged type, manually and electrically open (electrical - 110VDC ) operation type, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication "OFF" push button, test/service position limit switches, with minimum 6NO+6NC breaker auxiliary contact in service position. (b) manual Charging of breaker should be done without opening the front door. (c) Cast resin current transformer 11KV,50-25/5,core1: class 1.0,15VA for 3 phase, core2 : 5P10,15VA. (d) Cast resin potential transformer 11KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50 VA, CI 1.0,CI 3P and HT Fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT (Confirming related IS specification).

(B) Protection arrangements for the breaker shall comprise of the follwing : (i) U/V.O/V,E/F,O/C, S/C with modbus protecol and drawout type- Numerical Type Siemens (Siprotec)/ABB(REF series)/ Schneider (MICOM P 122) (ii) Auxillary transformer protection (iii) 8 window Annunciator SI800 model (iv) Power pack with 7 AH Battery along with battery charger for 24 V DC circuit. (C) The following meters, indications and accessories are to be provided with the panel : (i) Digital Volmeter range 0-12KV with necessary volmeter with built in selector switch & suitable for 110V AC 96x96 sq mm dia with shrouded terminal. (ii) Digital Ammeter range of applicable range with necessary ameter with built in selector switch dual graduated scale 96x96 sq mm dia with shrouded terminal. (iii) Multi-function meter (6400NG/equvalent) (iv) Necessary DC supply, healthy indication lamp & switch. (v) Control : (a) TNC (Trip, Neutral & Close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement, (b) Local/Remote selector switch for breaker open/close operations.

Transformer Section Transformer 630 KVA, 11/0.433KV, 50 Hz, step down, outdoor type, ONAN Cooled oil immersed copper wound energy efficient transformer, complete with first filling of IS-335 ISI marked filtered & dehyrated tranformer oil and other standard fittings/acceesories and 7 position OFF load circuit tap changer (Tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% Each) with vector group Dyn-11, with provision of making connection of incomming HT cable and outgoing LT cable Busbar all as per IS 1180-2014 (Level-2) as per Latest IS and complet with and including all required accessories for installation of transformer all as specified and directed. The transformer shall comprises following: (i) 03 Nos porcelain bushings with copper rod on HV side. (ii) 04 Nos bushing on LV Side. (iii) Oil level guage,oil drain filter valve,lifting hucks,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate, Air release valve plug complete. (iv) 01 Nos 150mm dia, oil temperature indicator with A&T contacts,vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree with metal guard. (v) 01 Nos 150mm dia, winding temperature indicator with A&T contacts,vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree with metal guard. (vi) 02 Nos earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm GI earth strip for earthing of body including rating plate and terminal marking plate. All date shall me marked on Rating plate. (vii)First fill of unused and new transformer oil,IS-335 Marked filtered and tested upto 60KV die electric strngth at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode.

The enclosure shall be PU painted/Powder Coated. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement.
