Taking down of shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n exc 2 sqm each with iron mongeries and removing from the site to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardantand fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pressed steel frames size 125x60x1.25mm for door/window/ventilator with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate,etc., complete, as specified,supplied and fixed Note :- Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B–1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pressed steel frames size 125x60x1.25mm for door/window/ventilator with one or more rebates as in window mulian complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window shutter box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :– (a) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf. b) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. c) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long– 2 Nos per leaf. d) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. e) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x63mm square – 01 No per leaf f) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm – 2 Nos each leaf Notes : (i) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type (ii) sheet glass & wire gauge paid separately

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors including pintol hinges; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel, plain, 0.63 mm thick sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incuding a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality with aluminium beading, rubber packing or oil putty in square n exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary type and glazing with aluminium beading, rubber packing or oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting holes depth not exceeding half brick wall in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C–0 (12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fast & filling of pressed steel frame including necesssary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100mm MS Butt hinge medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 200mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm long aluminium sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm long Hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floo 150mm long cover plate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel 300 mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, including roller and roller plate including fixing to steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod including brackets fixed with ss screws etc complete fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, width of flaps 30mm mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 18mm thick (Minimum density 600 kg/Cum) of both side plain white colour, fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen /bed rooms cabinet sides top and bottam and shelves inside the cabinets complete as per manufacture's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 18mm thick (Minimum density 600 kg/Cum) of single side rigid lamination of approved colour and other side plain white colour, fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen cabinet and cub board shutter complete as per manufacture's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 12mm thick (Minimum density 600 kg/Cum) of fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer sides per manufacture's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for D type cabinet handles premium quality, stainless steel grade 304, gloss chrome, SN finished 150 mm long matt finished complete all as specified and as directed. Make : HETTICH, KAFF, GLEN, HARRISON AND GODREJ.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.18240.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
