Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and refixing in same or other opening and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI OREO Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gi slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Gl sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 including necassary cutting, drilling and welding as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, bell push bell with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLS-H, 1100 volts, ISI marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic, medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia and its fittings, including cutting chasing on wall/ceiling, including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes, ISI marked, including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with and including MS flush boxes of 2 to 18 modules with inner and outer cover plates, confirming to IS 5139 of 1969 and IS 14772 of 2000 for fixing modular switch sockets for one light point (light point//fan point/bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, bell, bell push and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. The quoted rates are deemed to be included for providing cover plates and MS flush boxes as required at site. (ii) PVC Conduit conforming to IS 9537 part I & III. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only and surfaces shall be make good as per existing surfaces. (iv) The concealed conduits and MS boxes as fixed against new point wiring, shall be verified by JE/Engineer-in-Charge before making good the surfaces by plastering and other finishes.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution board SPN 8 way,double door , IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 200 amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 5 to 40 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA 'B' curve finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, ISI marked to be fixed on DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 KA 'B' curve finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, ISI marked to be fixed on DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion including taking down of existing old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty wall mounting fan, 400mm sweep, corrosion resistant PVC body, minimal noise, operation and maintenance free design, totally enclosed, high efficient, heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings, aerodynimically contoured blades, rigid frame, 1400 RPM, PVC blades including fixing arrangement with anchor fastner/steel frame sheet etc and testing complete including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing by PCC/cement mortar work and finishing with white washing/colouring/distempering as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling light of any watt surface type of any capacity and refixing the same after completion of work including necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fans/ wall mounted of any size for repairs and servicing and refixing exhaust fan on same or other location and connecting up including including connecting up with and including three core flexible cable 23/ 0.0076 size from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and as directed.
