Material and labour for cleaning and washing underground sump reservoir of capacity upto 25000 gallon, disconnecting the inlet and outlet valves, cleaning the tank by blocking the water supply system including removing sludge/scale/sediments etc from bed level and scrapping the floor and wall surfaces with wire brush and cleaning with potassium permanganate (KMNO4) solution at least three times to remove oily surfaces from internal floor and wall of the tank and finally cleaning with fresh water and applying cement wash on walls including re-fixing of inlet and outlet valves and normalizing the water supply by opening valves after allowing sufficient drying time, including writing date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint as "CLEANDED ON" complete all as specified and directed (Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of Potassium permanganate, scaffolding (if required) and disposal of sludge/scale/sediments upto a distance of n.exc 50m from work site)cleaning with synthetic enamel paint as "CLEANDED ON" complete all as specified and directed (Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of Potassium permanganate, scaffolding (if required) and disposal of sludge/scale/sediments upto a distance of n.exc 50m from work site)

Material and labour for carry out general servicing and maintenance to diesel engine driven pump / fuel injection pump of capacity 85 HP including B check and service as per manufactures recommendation ,overhauling including replacement of oil filter ,air filter ,gland packing ,diesel filter with replacement of O rings ,engine oil and toping up of coolant up to required level etc which ever be required to making 100 % serviceability of the engine complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from three phase centrifugal pump sets motor and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation, strip opening the unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and transporting to the local work shop. Strip opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original wire gauge super enameled copper wire including high quality 'F' class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator upto varnish fully dry and testing the motor at work shop to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Coupled the motor with pump and installed at site as per existing position. Testing the pump set after completion of work complete all as specified and directed of capacity 60/50 HP. Overhauling of fire fighting pump, electric driven complete pump set of 3 phase, 415 volt, of any size/ capacity by cleaning, varnishing, heating, assembling, refixing in position and pump side replacing of stainless steel sleeve, gland packing, greasing etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting suction and delivery pipe lines from unserviceable electric driven 3 phase centrifugal pump from motor and opening the pump , cleaning , replacing the worn out part like - ball bearing , gun metal bush , pump shaft repair by lath, repairing of impeller by grinding / polishing ,water sealant of any type and necessary gland packing etc. which ever be required to making 100 % serviceable of pump sets coupled with motor and installed at site as per existing including testing after complete repairs of work complete all as specified and directed at site of capacity 60/50 HP.

Material and labour for cleaning strainer of any size fabricated with aluminum strainer to suction line having 1200 holes to the strainer of suction line includes dismantling the suction line and lifting it , cleaning the foot valve , scrubbing the complete strainer including 1200 holes with suitable liquid properly and then lowering back for re fixing the strainer into sea water with MS angle arms and 02 hooks provided to the strainer for lifting/ lowering the strainer to the suction line and to the pump set along with foot valve inside the lowered strainer complete all as specified and directed.
