Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel works as in bands, straps, wind ties, angle cleats and similar small articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing mild steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion etc complete after cleaning incl writing date of cleaning in letter/ number 100mm high , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and uprooting of grass vegitation over roof surfaces , roughning old bricks tile/concrete surfaces by picking sweeping clean wire brushing and washing down with water to remove dust etc incl flashing & junction of parapits filling damaged /open joints in CM1:3 and applying neat cement slury 3.00 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with WPC as in roof padding, levelling course, and finishing top surface even and smooth without using extra cement to recieve APP membrane , complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with following application over roofs surface complete, all as specified and as directed :- (i) Applying bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Litres/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces of roof. Surface shall be kept free, till the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in the primer get evaporated. (ii) Applying one coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 as binding material conforming to IS-73 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (iii) APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, mimnimum 3 mm thick black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, wth a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing complete. (iv) Applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over top surfaces of APP membrane. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators in terms of clause 11.43 of MES Sch Part-I (2009)

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair), water storage tank 500 litre capacity HDPE double layer ISI marked fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut , ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore,and removing old complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as item No 11 above but of 1000 litre storage capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound , complete all as specified and directed.

demolition and breaking up drain pipe/sewer pipe(salt glazed ware , AC or Reinforeced concrete set in cement mortar of any diacompletete all as specified

Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 75mm dia PVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall confirm be to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc of any thickness of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra (incl WPC 2% by wt. of cement) cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, balcony, facias etc after brooming down or steel wire brusing,scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and effloroscent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc.over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of birla white putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exeeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete including cutting of bushes, plants etc, , complete all as specidied and directed.

Material and labour hard core of broken stone gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited and leveled in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone agg as in coping, kerbs, benching and bed block etc complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to is 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment finished with coloured rubber finish on top finished over sand dust cushion.

Material and labour Sand filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular trusses,rafter/purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specidied and directed.

Supply and fixing Plates (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B) (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched ) (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, complete all as specidied and directed.

Supply and fixing for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridge, vally gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enemal paint on new steel surfaces of any description incl priming coat of red oxide perimer , over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described incl preparation of surfaces all as specified

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
