M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 10 kg per 10 Sqm over surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (d) The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years

M&L for applying 2 mm thick thermoplastic compound on black top surface or existing painted surface of thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade confirming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass bed (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instructions & according to the speifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface & transport) - specification 2001 (4th revision) making lines, brocken lines/dashes, arrow etc on road and other like surface exceeding 10 cm but not exceedig 30 cm in width or girth complete all complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repair metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted o 45/50 mm mild steel pip[e of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection inlcuding embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm) type B-1 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair speed bump made from heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear property, UV stabilized black & yellow combination, high reflective reflectors having L=70mm, width = 23 mm available onboth sides in red or yellow colour of size h=50mm, w=365 mm, L=500 mm fixed on the road by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair outdoor road safety convex mirror of 60 cm dia made of imported outdoor polycarbonate with 130 degree + actual viewing angle equipped with adjusting swivel and mounting brackets for infinite adjustment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro reflective sign board of size 3' (feet) 3" (Inch) x 5' (feet) fixed both sides on stainless steel frame, the board shall be made of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3mm thick fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular section of 40mm dia, board shall be sheated with reflective tape of blue colour, letters shall be written in white colour of approved shape, the sign board shall be supported on 02 Nos post of 60mm dia stainless steel pipe 304 series 3mtr long with round moulded design at top, Pipe shall be fixed in ground in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) upto depth 0.45mtr including necessary excavation and PCC all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including taking down u/s sign board as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sides of path / benching / coved fillets / kerbs or mud stops etc, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning for laying of interlocking tiles (paving block) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes of aluminium alloy body solid of size 110 x 120 x 23.5 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 33,070.00
