The JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529, Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosure/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. S&F GI bracket for street light fitting bend to shape made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore upto 1.2 mtr long etc complete with MS clamps made from 40x6 mm MS flat, duly painted with two coat of aluminum paint with nuts/ bolts/ washers for fixing arrangement to pole/ wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set Multistage v8 model (As per mfg design stage) electric driven 2900 RPM of capacity not less than 750 LPM at not less than 100 mtr head water discharge pipe coupled with squirrel cage induction electric motor 3 phase 415 volts of capacity not less than 40 HP having CI casing & Gun Metal impeller fitted with delivery column pipe 80/100 mm dia etc as per required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set capacity 15 HP, 3 Phase, 2900 RPM, discharge 16.67 LPM, head 30-52 mtr suitable for 80mm dia delivery column pipe etc as per required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and further distribution of Alum ferric of super quality complete all as speifed and directed.

Supply and further distribution of Calcium Hypo Chlorite 65% to 70 % Chlorine content in granular form (calcium based granular disinfectant) for water treatment (Drinking water), ISO 90001 & 14001, ISO-45001 - OHSAS Occupational HEalth & Safety Management System, packed in 45-50 Kgs of approved make, each Drum to various pump houses installed at Kalka, parwanoo on monthly basis, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specied and directed.

S&F in replacement of Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes with spigot & socket end, 150 mm dia class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 complete with (push-on) rubber gasket jointing and centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS: 455:1989 and external metallic zinc coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329. The standard lengths of the pipes are 5.50 meter (subject to tolerance as per clause 15.5.1 of IS: 8329:2000) including Jointing of DI pipes to existing GI line water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing valve pits of size upto 120 x 120 x 120 cm made of brick masonry including removal of MS sheet cover, angle iron frame, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1050mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of internal dimension with two nos of RCC slab cover of suitable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot, earth work and PCC in foundation 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top 1:2:4,Type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of Non Return valve size 250 mm (10") flanged end PN-10 cast iron disc rubber seat stainless steel body and jointing with existing water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of foot valve size 200 mm (8") made up of cast iron as per design structure IS 4038 able to withstand hydraulic test pressure of 6.12 Kg/cm2 with pressure rating PN 0.2 and jointing with existing water mains complete all as specified and directed.
