Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved Outdoor type LT panel board suitable for 440 Volt, 3 phase & Neutral , 50Hz supply , floor mounted with suitable size of MS angle legs as directed and approved, weather and vermin proof IP-65 fabricated from MS angle of size 50x50x5 mm as base frame,with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet load bearing members and load bearing members such as door partitions etc of thick no less than 2.0 mm thick , with gland paltes at bottom with suitable Brass chromium plated glands, with locking arrangements complete, duly powder coated with siemens grey colour after chemical treatment, including LED RYB indicators -03 nos on incoming side breaker, interconnections from bus bars to MCCB's with suitable size aluminium bus bars, all internal ckt / protection wiring with FRHR 1100 V grade wiring with MCB protection,including terminal adapters, spreader links on incoming and out going sides of MCCB's complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following

(a) On load change over switch 4 Pole 800 A, 415 Volts, 50 Hz complete with extended terminals, spreaders etc- 02 (Nos)

(b) Digital multifuctional meter (Make : L&T), 4410 Series, Cat No. WL441010OOOO - 02 Nos

(c) ON/OFF indication lamp with toggle switch and three Nos indication lamp (R,Y,B) - 02 Set of three

Supply , laying , jointing and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 400 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sq mm (FOR SECURITY LIGHTS) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 6 & 7. (a) The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of suitable size aluminium lugs at any required length at both ends of cable. (b) Suitable size of cable chromium plated stainless steel grands etc.

M & L Earthing complete for sub station equipments with galvanized steel earth pole electrod of size 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below the ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts,check nuts and washers of galvanised or steel all as specified or shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009( Part-l), including ncessary earth work and excavation in any strata, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of galvanised iron earthing strip upto 7.5 mtrs, including concrete chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) having copping in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1using 20mm graded stonr aggregate. Intemal surface of concrete chamber shall be plastered with 12mm thick cement mortar (1;4) and 50mm thick RCC cover in proportion (1:2:4) type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia tor bar@ 80mm c/c both ways and charcoale dust common salt etc.,funnel testing point, 8 mesh per liner inch, including test point , testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth and 0.3 mtr width (22 CM thick comprising bituminous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of PCC 1:2:4 to be required to making good the disturbed surface to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI tubing (light grade) with all necessary fitting laid in trenches/under road crossing, or fixed on poles/walls/under floor etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

a) 40 mm dia bore

b) 50 mm dia bore

c) 100 mm bore

M & L for Horizontal drilling hole at a depth upto 1 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to insert pipe upto 40-100 mm dia across the road across the horizontal position at different location complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in soft/loose soil in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable all as specified and directed .

M & L for Old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pole box for street light dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangement make Sintex model GSJB 3020 complete with 4 way connector 2 Nos. of capacity 60 amps incl one MCB SP C series 06 amps 10 KA capacity for Security light connection with flexIble wire 3 core 2.5 sqmm with suitable size of PVC conduit and including suitable clamps & suitable size brass chrome plated glands-02 nos at bottom for cable entry and exit complete all as specified and as directed. Make shall be : Sintex/National/BCH.

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of one coat of Aluminium Primer one Under Coat and One Finishing Coat of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed. (for loop boxes and fixing of GI pipe with pole)

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 90 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrision resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully old RCC pole including dismatling of PCC foundation and coping and remove from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screwd including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 Mtr long) complete all as specified and directed.

Suuply and fixing street light brackets made out of GI tubing light grade, 40 mm bore 1200 mm long bent to sahpe at 120 degree, fixed on pole by providing MS clamp made up to flat iron 50 x 6 mm including nuts and washer of suitable size, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coping to poles with PCC type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , installation, testing and commisioning of water hearter storage type , steel body elctric 5 star rating suitable for single phase 230v, 50HZ, AC supply, copper inner tank and 2KW heating element, thermostat for water temperature and safety termostat stove enamel outer body including 1 Meter of 3 core 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable PVC sheathed, three pin plug top, polythylene pipe connection piece 450mm long of 6kg/sqcm with two set of chormium plated adoter at each end suitable for 15 mm bore GI Pipe at cold water inlet and hot water connection with chromium plated adopter at end , at hot water outlet, with safety fusible plug conforming to relevent IS of 25 Litre capacity complete with all fixing arrangment including pipe, anchor fastner and other accessories required complete all as specfied and directed.
