M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 04.00 here-in-above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced Concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding as required and rubbishing off the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm dia Mazza AC Pipes for Sewerage line, Confirming to IS 6908: 1991 with AC coupler joints sealed with rubber gasket (EPDM/SBR) as per IS 5382 Complete including sectional hydro testing (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) , laid in trenches to required level /gradient ,as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for H.D.P.E. Double wall Corrugated (DWC)Pipes (ISI marked) 150mm bore SN-8 class as per IS 16090 part-II for nonpressure under ground drainage and sewerage application with specials including cost of O rubber ring couplers etc, laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient, jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacture's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for H.D.P.E. M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crrushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes 200 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground EXISTING SEWAGE DEEP TRUNK SGSW/RCC/HDPE Pipe line of any dia of pipes line and depth exceeding 2.5 mtr and above including manholes of any size working/running conditions involving removal of blockages any kind of sewage lines and manholes by means of Heavy truck mounted High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine including desludging, descaling and dechocking of lines whereever required , flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and functional. Removal and depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area , spreading necessary insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All sludge/debries should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing / Depositing of sludge/debries not exceeding 500 mtr beyond periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth. Sewage Lines in area of cleaning of depth Max 10 mtr)

Notes for BOQ Ser item No 15.00:-The quoted rate of contractor shall be deemed to include of the following :- (i) Contractor shall provide Tata magic mounted Desilting Machine & High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine on each Working day of minimum following specification for rectification of day to day Complaint:-Minimum Specification for Desiliting Machine:- (a) Minimum capacity of Hydraulic Pump - 5LPM Motor -440 RPM with pulley system coupled with wire rope hoist motor of minimum 1 BHP operated system (b) Minimum two Number Control Valves- one Valve for Grab Bucket , one for side arm (c) Minimum Hose Length - 15 Mtr , Hose should be High pressure triple layer hydraulic hose (d) Minium Capacity of Grab bucket - 15 ltr with features of Hazardous Gas Sensor alarm , Camera with DVR and LCD to view inside Manhole. Minimum Specification for High Pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine :- (a) Minimum Tank capacity of machine - 8000 ltr (b) Minimum Working pressure range of jetting pump - 155 bar (c) Minimum water flow for pump of jetting machine - 269 LPM (d) Minimum Suction hose length - 30 mtr (e) Minimum Jetting Hose length - 120Mtr (f) Minimum Vacuum Pump Power - 4.4 Hp@RPM (g) Minimum Vacuum Suction depth - 8 mtr

(ii) Contractor shall provide minimum 3 Nos skilled/unskilled manpower , High Qualified driver with Vehicle License on each working day for attending and completing the complaints as per the users satisfaction . However, the numbers of skilled and unskilled manpower shall be increased as directed by Engineer-in-Charge depending upon the requirements/ number of complaints registered at the complaint center all as directed by the Engr-in-charge (iii) If Contractor does not provide High pressure Suction Cum Jetting Machine & Tata magic mounted Desilting Machine of above mentioned specifiacation with minimum number of staff as mentioned then a penalty at the rate Rs. 20000/- per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's payment till the when Contractor provides above all mentioned for cleaning of Sewage Lines. (iv) : Necessary transportations, diesel , tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, all medical safety equpiments Oxygen Mask and cylinder etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without accruing any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and leveling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No 18.00 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5m depth but not exceeding 3.00m in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Important Notes for BOQ Srl Item No. 18.00 & 19.00 : (i) Bailing and Pumping out of water where required shall be carried out as per clause 3.17 & 3.18 of SSR (Part-I) of 2009.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, pot holes etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 M clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone agg) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured & paid seperately).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ srl item No. 27.00 here-in-above but 5mm dia and over including 10mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge

M&L for RCC M-25(20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings balconies canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors,window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor including fixing clips, bends, elbows, shoes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110 mm bore , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 75 mm bore , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soils complete all as specified and directed

Removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge

Cleaning & desilting of manholes depth not exceeding 1.50 mtr by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage & plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpaulin to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) gully trap 125x110 mm ,made of type-B pipes ,setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded mehcanically crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered coloured cement concrete commercial Tiles 25CMX25CMX22mm /30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22mm thick of with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished laid and over 15mm Screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing cement concrete in roof ,Kerbs, mud stops ,interlocking tile rounded or chamfered on edges 1:2:4 type B1 ( 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per BOQ Srl item No. 49.00 here-in-above but reforming benching for 200/300 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed
