S&F street light pole cable junction box IP-66 size should be not less than 155 x 210 x 92mm (up to cable size 10/16 sqmm) with the box made out of thermal plastic (thermoplastic polycarbonate) material suitable for 10/16 UG sqmm cable. The JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529, weather proof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosure/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including one No 4 pole connector and one No MCB SP 6Amp and chromium plated clamps, suitable cable gromets and nut bolts, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for painting and numbering to steel tubular pole of any size with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking of pole No with black paint including preparation of old painted surface scrubbing by wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.
