Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items. (ii) New cable may be laid down at separate location or route and old u/s cable may be retrieved from separate location as per site requirement . (iii) Size , type and quantity of cable will be issued in credit as actual found at site.

Supply and laying in replacement of UG cable HT 11 KV rated XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross section area 185 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV earthed system laid in trenches or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid for separately.)

All as per serial item no 6.00 above but cross section area 95 sqmm 3 core -ditto-.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 95 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling, PCC and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipment’s , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only geared motor (spring charging) 220-250 V AC/DC with complete accessories suitable for at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only tripping coil 12 V/ 24 V / 110 Volt DC/AC suitable at 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnected complete HT electric connection from existing VCBs & transformer of different type for shifting to another sub stations with suitable hydraulic machine and complete re-connection of HT cables with proper indoor Joint, lugs , complete finishing of disturbed surface/ floor area of sub stations with suitable civil woks complete all as specified and directed. (Notes :- (i) HT cables , Joints shall be measure and paid for separately (ii) Disconnected Transformer will be shift to MES store yard at AGE E/M Ramgarh )

Supply and fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) pipe of bore (inner dia) not less than 100 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 100 to 1000 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- New transformer oil, dehydration of Transformer oil shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Material for rewinding of LT side defective coils of transformer with copper dpc covered winding strip as per original gauge/ data for copper wound transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material for rewinding of HT side defective coils of transformer with Copper dpc covered winding wire as per original gauge/ data for copper wound transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration/setting of VCB /protection devices, relays fixed in HT line with all protection function (overcurrent, earth fault protection), tripping test of Overcurrent and earth fault relay through primary and secondary injection machine, testing of auxiliary relay, tripping test through all respected relays and provide report complete all as specified and directed. Note. (i) All equipment, tools , labour, incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide company authorised dealer/service centre / representative test report of calibration of relay. (iii) Unserviceable part or items shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Servicing and repair of HT Vacuum Circuit breaker (VCBs), RMU and HT panel after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all electric supply , maint , cleaning, servicing and testing of HT breaker , bus bar, CTs, PTs, IR value, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of CT and PT , tightening and checking of control wires and other allied works , removing moisture and dust from HT breaker and inside of HT breaker through CRC spray and dry cloths, testing for leakage current , testing of IR value of breaker, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of opening release and shunt closing , lubricants of all moving parts, testing and operation of On/Off through TNC switch and push button ,checking of anti-pump device, repair of racking mechanism, earth alignment , tightening of loose connection and allied work at 11 kV substations complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Measurement of resistance value, tools , labour, petroleum jelly , CRC spray, dry cloths, nut -bolt, washers etc incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Contractor will provide test report of internal resistance. (iii) Rates of complete fixing, connection and testing of parts are incl in quoted rates. (iv) Parts, spares and anti tracking coating spray shall be measured and paid for separately.

Servicing and repair of Air Circuit breaker (ACBs), and LT panel after taking proper shut down and disconnecting all electric supply , maint , cleaning ,servicing and testing of LT breaker , bus bar, CTs, PTs, control cables connections, meters connection, tightening and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of CT and PT , tightening and checking of control wires and other allied works , removing moisture and dust from LT breaker and inside of LT breaker through CRC and dry cloths, testing and checking of operating mechanism, testing and checking of AC and DC supply, testing of opening release and shunt closing , lubricants of all moving parts, testing and operation of On/Off through switch and push button ,checking of anti-pump device, repair of racking mechanism, earth alignment, tightening of loose connection and allied work at substations complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Tools , labour, petroleum jelly , CRC spray, dry cloths, nut -bolt, washers etc incl in the quoted rates. (ii) Rates of complete fixing, connection and testing of parts are incl in quoted rates. (iii) Parts, spares and anti-tracking coating spray shall be measured and paid for separately.

Overhauling /servicing of UPS 15 KVA of any make by carrying out following job complete all as specified and directed. :- (i) Removal of dirt , dust and carbon particles by air blower. (ii) Checking and tightness of all leads and internal wiring of UPS. (iii) Changing of US battery. Note :- New battery 75 Ah shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery 12V, 75 AH with electro plates including battery lead positive & negative battery terminal complete duly charged complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for transformer oil for topping up or for replacement in Transformers /Servo Voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed. Make: Power oil/Savita (Note: Oil shall be in company sealed barrel having BDV not less than 40KV and Transformer oil topping up or replacement should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers/servo stabilizer installed at various site or in repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap, complete all as specified and directed Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge. Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

Supply and fixing in replacement silica gel breather complete with fresh blue coloured, for Transformer 100 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

Complete removal of old paint from the steel tubular pole of 11 m height without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting the poles with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50 m height having alternative white and black strips of 30 cm height each, including one coat of aluminium paint to the remaining part of pole (i.e above 1.50 m height) and its cross arms, bracing, support and all steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 volts, 200 amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 25 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried in a pit to a depth of 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 m below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal dust mixed with salt to a thickness of 15cm, Connected with earthing lead of 32mmx6mm strip galvanised iron, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade and water filling funnel and mess complete all as shown in plate No 4 of MES schedule part II to the earthing test point, Including PCC Work complete including protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade complete all as specified and directed (Note :- The earth strip/lead up to 7.5 mm is deemed to be included quoted rates.)

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to copper 20x3 mm copper strip for above ground by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts of copper including 40mm dia GI pipe med grade for protection of earthing strip excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt filling 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I 2004, 20 mm bore, GI watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long including making pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with lifting handles and funnel etc including testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for danger notice plate for HT poles made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white letter , figurers and convention skull and bones marked in red colour with MS clamp of flat iron 25x3mm size bolts , nuts size of plate 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 200 amps with breaking capacity 36 KA etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 400 amps with breaking capacity 36 KA etc complete all as specified and directed

Stringing of ACSR conductor any size to HT/LT over heads lines, stretching properly to achieve proper sag including binding to insulators using GI/aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming /chopping and cutting of branches in each tree of any girth which are coming across the over head line HT/LT up to 3 m both sides from the centre of conductor as required and removing the same from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 m of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegetation /material up to 50 m distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground complete all as specified and directed.
