Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations and mass concrete including removal of old PCC from the site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), in foundation and mass concrete including removal of old PCC from the site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, blocks, bed plates, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including as necessary formwork including removal of old PCC from the site as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erection and fixing in position 9.00 metre long, steel tubular swaged poles complete in replacement with mild steel base plate, flat top welded type 410, SP-31, IS:2713 marked, drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as required and painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed, surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth including providing reflective strips of width 10cm upto a height of 1.20m from ground level in alternate colour yellow and black around the pole of pattern as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork and concrete work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 35 Sqmm 3.50 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 25 Sqmm 4 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 16 Sqmm 4 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 10 Sqmm 4 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supply and lay Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete with and including taking up/ down old damaged pipe and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of Street light mounting bracket suitable for LED fitting of length 1.50 metre, made out of light grade GI pipe of 50mm bore bent to shape (120 degree) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with two No GI Clamps made to shape out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron, with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for fixing on pole including preponing the galvanised surfaces and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of primer to all steel surfaces, wall complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking down old damaged bracket and removing from site of work, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of Hot pressed moulded SMC junction box of size not less than 240mm x 130 mmx 95 mm, side hinged door with lockable arrangement bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amps with one No MCB 2.50 Amp SP 10 KA ‘C’ curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole or grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and as directed, with and including taking out unserviceable junction box and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

S & F as in replacement of Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100Volts grade of size 2.50 Sqmm 3.00 Core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connection and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed with and including taking down old damaged cable and removing from site of work, complete all as of directed.

M & L for Painting of existing steel tubular poles 9.00 metre long with one coat of Aluminium paint on pole and cross arm, clamps, brackets fitted/fixed on pole, above GL / coping to full height of pole including preparing the steel surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and providing 03 No reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour (green, white and green) around the pole of pattern, as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs complete all as directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning as in replacement out door type Street Light Panel with Smart Street Light Control System/Central Control & Monitoring System (CCMS) 5 KW, 3 phase with Group Control management system using GPRS and GSM technology having 25 Amps load capacity per phase and can be operated by IVRS/SMS/WEBSITE/ANDROID APPLICATION. The following sub components & features must be included within control system :- a) MCCB TPN 63 Amps capacity 10 KA 415 Volts, fixed type - 01 No (Incoming) with separate SPD of 40 kV capacity. b) Resin cast CT's - Set of 3. c) Multi-function digital meter class 1 accuracy. d) Lux base sensor to operate external as per light intensity. e) Line contactor, AC 3 duty , 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 25 Amps-03 Nos. f) MCB SP 25 Amps 10 KA -03 Nos . g) Terminal block suitable for 100A rating with brass contacts for INPUT/and 63 Amps for OUTPUT termination.

h) Enclosure factory made CPRI approved openable from front with double door , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with minimum size 600 mm (W)x 800 mm(H)x 200 mm(D) having MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with 04 nos legs 600 mm long, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for grouting of base,suitable for 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz and earthing. The GPRS Unit : The GPRS shall have seven segment display to show voltage ,current ,network and street light status or fault status ,it should also have indicator for showing supply status ,timer ,overload or high low voltage . It should also able to measure Voltage, Current and automatic set street light overload current . GPRS communication between control system and cloud server should be bi-directional and can control and alter settings from website also. Unit have facility to call back to registered number for power on/off and if any fault occurs at site in SMS, it should also monitor power/on/off time light on off time ,ampere ,voltage ,unit mode ,network percentage date and mobile number who called device number .

The device should also have battery backup with minimum 24 hour backup capacity . Password protection for Accessing the control of device via web/app/sms/IVRS. Smart street light control system should have three modes to operate light:- a) Automation mode (Street Light should operate as per request from user via website /app /SMS/call/or GPRS unit settings) b) LUX mode (Street Light switch on off as per Dusk to Down sensor Base) c) Bypass mode (Street Light should operate directly in this mode The GPRS smart unit should be capable of sending following alerts via gprs connection to server and also by SMS to user:- (a) Phase wise over current / short circuit (b) High voltage/Low voltage (c) Group failure of lights (d) No output supply (e) Light on/off time (f) Configuration setting. (g) Operated by :- manual /SMS/call/app/IVRS and mobile number(more than two) in case of operated by phone call or SMS.

(l) Date/time (m) Power on timer (n) Daily run time ,total run time (o) Registered phone number.The website have facility to live instantons load update, Total monthly /weekly/daily report download and view ,configuration for user hierarchy from the GPRS, Configuration for SMS and IVRS call for alert as specified and directed. there should be option to schedule 4 timer , overload ,High/low voltage setting /number registering ,checking list of registered number same can be set by SMS also. The GPRS unit itself can directly read electric parameter and it should not depend on external multifuction meter for data, the complete information to be displayed with provision of user id through an SSL encrypted web application /Android application and SMS alerts to selected mobile numbers all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 4G/5G SIM charges alongwith data for 24 months & the complete information to be displayed with provision of user ID through an SSL encrypted web application and SMS alerts to selected mobile numbers. (b) Warranty & free services by OEM/Manufacturer for the complete panel, technology and parts etc for 24 months will be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply, installation, testing , commissioning and erectioning as in replacement Solar blinker Ultrabrights LED traffic lights , amber colour, 230V AC ,50 Hz, size of 300mm diameter, moulded polycarbonate enclosures IP-65 protection , front hood made of HDPE, inbuilt battery 24 AH, wattage not less than 6 Watt and not exceeding 10 Watt with solar panel of 40 Watt alongwith mouting frame including suitable size of Pole of length 5 mtrs, 75mm dia , drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as required and painting with two coats of yellow paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed, surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Pole painting, PCC (1:3:6) for erecting the pole, PCC (1:2:4) for coping/muffing of pole, wiring with suitable size of copper wire and clamping etc all inclusive with item rate.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M&L for entire opertion required for shifting the 9.00 m steel tubular pole vertical and erect in position by way of disconnecting overhead conductors if any, taking out pole from foundation, dismantling the foundation concrete, filling the foundation with cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1 after erecting the pole and concrete 1:2:4 type B1 coping around the pole above ground level, as per strandardised requirements, including excavation if any required and removal of rubbish to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for entire opertion required for shifting pole of octogonal any type/size vertical and erect in position by way of disconnecting overhead conductors if any, taking out pole from foundation, dismantling the foundation concrete, filling the foundation with cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-1 after erecting the pole and concrete 1:2:4 type B1 coping around the pole above ground level, as per strandardised requirements, including excavation if any required and removal of rubbish to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of inspection door cover for all type of octagonal poles includidng suitable type of key, nuts, bolts ,washers and connected accessories etc complete all as directed.
