Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV, type-1 size 300X180X40mm for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), for bottom of pit for bed concrete below base plat of steel tubular poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as coping to poles including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 , 11 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in -charge. (Note :-Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately).

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing,complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 100mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supplying and fixing of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 50mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing of any material and description, by trench less technology or manual boring complete with and including 150mm HDPE pipe of pressure rating 0.4 Mpa, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (cold shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage tapping range + 7.5% with tappings at every steps 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014) , With Latest Amendment No 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Energy Efficiency Level -2) EEL-2, for Transformer manufacturing of capacity 315 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins, vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling (oil confirming to IS 335 and ISI Mark) complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel board of size 1.5mX.9mX.5m, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 65x65x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform block type 60 cm above ground level and 30 cm grouting in ground, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able with arrangement of pad locking on both doors incl 2 no. of pad locks of three keys shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl AL bus bar of 750 A , tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket/gland to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-56 comprising of the following :- ((a) MCCB 500 Amps, 36 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, adjustable type (incoming)-01 No. (b) MCCB 250 Amp, 415 volt, 4 pole, breaking capacity 25 KA , adjustable type (Outgoing)-03 Nos.

(c) MCCB 125 Amp, 415 volt, 4 pole, breaking capacity 25 KA (Outgoing)-02 Nos. (d) MCCB 63 Amp, 415 volt, 4 pole, breaking capacity 16 KA (Outgoing)-02 Nos. (e) RYB indication LED type, 22.5 mm dia, protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply -03 Nos (f) Digital Ammeter of range 0-500 A, auxiliary voltage 230 volts with selector switch -01 Nos (g) Volt meter of range 0-500 Volts, auxiliary voltage 230 volts with selector switch -1 No (h) Multi function meter with KWH, voltage, Amp, frequency meter. (j) Misc items like screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cabe lugs, sleeves, glands etc complete are included in quoted rates. Notes (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panels through gland. (vi) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mmx300mmx6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nut with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow, turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately.

Material and lobour of Loop insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown/green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate 1.60 mm thick of size 25x20 cm, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled red colour, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal white colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour of cross arms, clamps, bracing, etc. of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers, including cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if required complete and material and labour for cross arm bracing supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves, made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown or green insulators,11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia, 150 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nos clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. Notes for item No 39 & 40 :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply, fixing and testing of auto day/night on and off photocell, LDR sensor switch 6 amps for lighting on/off, water proof 220 volt 50 Hz, AC supply, Model No Quick Sense QS-301 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connection with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor from main supply to sensor, sensor to fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 750 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 4mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with green colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC/Steel pole any type after disconnecting all electrical connection incl clearance of sitecomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing ACSR (of any size or type) from over head electric line carefully with out making any damage to the other existing lines and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports etc of MS channel or any other section complete and setting removing unserviceable portion from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator any type /size/ grade from over head electric line and setting aside removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 9042.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page Nos. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
