Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth filling under floor including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to outside Air Force area and dispose off properly as per State Govt/Municipal Corporation guidelines including arrangement of lorry/truck etc complete all as specified and diirected.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 of type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 of type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete, 100mm thick, type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub floors, sub bases, pavings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 100mm thick in floor, path, hardtanding etc, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing New Rough Cast Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying Two Coats of Weatherproof exterior emulsion paint with approved Tint as per manufacturer's instructions over a coat of primer, in any pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Machine cut pre-polished Kota Stone Tiles, minimum 600mm x 600 mmm size, 18-20mm thick in Flooring, laid and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone tiles complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cement screed bed shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for providing 20mm thick Screed base in Cement Mortar 1:4, laid over PCC sub base, finished even and fair so as to receive stone tile floorings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- but 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars

M&L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement & Formwork shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rials and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Rolled mild steel framed work, Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality-B as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering), running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in plates(plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment Gde Fe 410W complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel plain black sheet, 1.00 mm thick, as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fised to steel framing with 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia heavy duty rubber castor wheels with suitable fixing plates, rotating upto 360 degreees with braking system. Suitable for both soft and hard surfcaes, duly fixed with nuts & bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of galvanised iron wire, any dia or mesh size, made upto into mattress or cages, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Weight of chain link fence shall be verified through a BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bar, 10 mm dia & over, fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and over 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work 16-18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including edge moulding, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Cement Screed Bed shall be measured and paid seperately)

-ditto- but granite stone in vertical surfaces

M&L for providing 15 mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:3 on vertical surfaces, finished even and fair so as to receive stone tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 10 mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4,finished even and fair so as to receive stone tile floorings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including anealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, weight n exc 4 Kg per sqm complete .

S&F Stainless Steel Plate Rack, minimum size 75x75x25 cm, made out of Stainless Steel 0.63mm thick with all Internal Fittings and fixing on walls with chromium plated brass Screws, complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted air cooled, split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated, ISEER as per bureau of energy efficiency specifications 3.82, cooling capacity should be more or equal to 2200 watt, Refrigerant environmental friendly R-32, condenser type copper ( grooved), Compressor- Rotary type, supply 220 V, copper pipe should be min 20 feet in length which has to be installed with machine. All accessories which shall be required to install the AC (including MS angle stand, Minimum 5 metre drain pipe, digital remote with battery). Additional feature should be Automatic Humidity Control, Corrosion Resistance Coating, dust filter, turbo mode, Green Anti Bacterial Eva Coils, anti bacteria filter and colour of AC should be in milky/off White Only. Cooling Capacity must be minimum 18000 BTU/hr. The supplier shall be liable for warranty for minimum period of 12 months for AC and 5 years for compressor complete all as specified as under:- Outdoor Unit :- It shall be fitted on platform with suitable powder coated brackets/ stand with vibration damping pads. Indoor unit :- It shall have cordless remote control unit, standard air filter the unit shall be wall mounted with necessary supports.

NOTES :- 1) Contractor shall ensure that the proposed AC complied with the above specifications. Necessary documents shall be submitted by contractor along with his letter for approval of make of AC. 2) The indoor/ outdoor unit shall be incorporated with standard sized copper piping covered with tubular vidoflex type thermal insulation fixed firmly by clamping and supporting. A suitable size PVC drain pipe shall be run from the indoor unit to the nearest drain point with U trap at the end which should be fixed firmly by clamping & supporting wherever required. Additional length of pipes & thermal insulation foam (apart from the standard length supplied by manufacturer along with AC) shall be measured and paid separately. 2) Entire refrigerant pipe shall be covered with suitable sized PVC pipe / tray with necessary bends, collars etc and it shall be neatly clamped and supported as required. 3) Necessary opening shall be made in the wall for taking refrigerant line outside and it will be finished with cement / plastering as required on ground.

Supplying, assembling and fixing modular AC power unit comprising of 01 No 20 Amps socket and 01 No 32 Amps SP Mini MCB, 3 modules along with GI metallic flush box, cover plate and frame duly concealed in wall and making good surfaces with white cement/putty complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of MCB, socket, GI flush box, cover plate & frame. Concealed conduit wiring shall be measured separately.

S&F 32 Amps modular AC starter with cover plate & frame, 2 modules along with GI metallic flush box duly concealed in wall complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the cost of cover plate & frame and GI flush box along with starter. Concealed conduit wiring shall be measured separately.

M&L for concealed type sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm along with one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of suitable size at any indicated situation complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (1) Three runs of single core 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. (2) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage. (3) On completion of the wiring work, the contractor shall fill and finish the chases with cement mortar 1:6, apply 2 mm thick wall putty for smooth finish and finish with two coats of acrylic distemper as per existing shade over the conduit layout. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for the above aspect and no claim shall be entertained at a later stage.
