Cleaning of underground sewage line of any type and line of dia 150mm and depth not exc 3m including manholes of any depth all in working and running condition by removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by means of dewatering, suction, jetting and mechanical rodding with vibration /drilling concept i.e trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding, descaling & dechoking of line wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal /deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5KM and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete. Note :- The rates quoted shall deemed to inclusive for using Jetting Machine with Machine specification :- Sewer suction cum jetting machine of Capacity 5000 Litres mounted / hauled with appropriate Vehicle, Capacity for Sludge / sewer 1500 Ltrs and capacity of water 2500 ltrs, Suction system with minimum delivery of 600 Cum / Hour, Vacuum 92%, Suction pipe dia - 100mm, Suction length - 7m, Length of Suction hose - 15m, Minimum pressure 2 Bar, Jetting system with min delivery capacity of 225 LPM and Pressure 130 Bar, Jetting hose and hose reel (alongwith nozzle) of minimum length 30m, dia 25mm, nozzle size as required and working pressure 2200PSI.

Dewtering of underground sewage line and manholes of any type and size by means of removing slits, sludge, pabbles, stones, bricks, bats etc all in working and running condition involving removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by any means i.e. mechanical or manula including rodding with vibration/ drilling concept i.e. troley mounted motorized sewer claning machine including desluding descaling & dechoking of the wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting com suction (vaccume) type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal/deposition of sludge inclusive of sloids of any type 7 dludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5KM and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete and make the line and manholes functional.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 8.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to SGSW/RCC drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) complete with collars all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying of cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable PVC pipe with fittings.and making good around complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) junction double, (double T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable PVC pipe with fittings.and making good around complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipe (ISI marked), in any length with or without ears fixed with cement joints, laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 100mm CI junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm CI junction double, (Double T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipe (ISI marked), in any length with or without ears fixed with cement joints, laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm bore cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron floor trap of 75 mm bore, with grating including jointing to waste pipe, fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs bottle trap of Cast Iron for wash hand basin having minimum water seal of 25mm (minimum weight 260 Gms) and bore of discharge pipe of 32mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, with PTMT 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in filling, making good to floor, complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate in coping & benchinh including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating as directed including necessary form work, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes/Septic tank for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe.

S&F in repair factory made (SFRC) precasted reinforced cement concrete round manhole cover as required thickness not less than 100mm for heavy duty and dia of manhole cover not less than 630mm, edge of manhole cover locked with 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair factory made (SFRC) precasted reinforced cement concrete round manhole cover as required thickness not less than 50mm of size 1200mm x 600mm, edge of manhole cover to be locked with 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair factory made (SFRC) precasted reinforced cement concrete round manhole cover as required thickness not less than 50mm of size 600mm x 450mm, edge of manhole cover to be locked with 1mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed

M&L factory made 40mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks coloured glossy finish of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks coloured glossy finish of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic designer & pattern (dark & light shade) jointfree tiles (coloured) premium quality, 300mm x 450mm x 7-8mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course of floors and roofs 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic jointless tiles (coloured) 1st quality, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered cement surfaces on walls & applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb block (factory casted) with plain fair faces, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (Padestal pattern) White, including plastic water closet seat cover, black, closed pattern with flat bottom with mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device and fixing with all joints including connection to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.
