Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel board of size 1.2mX1.0mX.5m, outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able with arrangement of pad locking on both doors incl 2 no. of pad locks of three keys shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, incl Cu bus bar of 300 A , tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 type test certificate with not less than IP-54 and breaking capacity 56 KA comprising of the following :- (a) MCCB 160 Amps, 25 KA 4 pole 415 volts AC, adjustable type, (incoming)-01 No. Make: C&S /Havells / IndoAsian / Siemens (b) MCCB 63 Amp, 16 KA 4 Pole 415 volts AC (Outgoing)-02 Nos. Make: C&S /Havells / IndoAsian / Siemens (c) MCCB 40 Amp, 10 KA TP 415 volts AC , (Outgoing)-02 Nos Make: C&S /Havells / IndoAsian / Siemens (d) RYB indication LED type, 22.5 mm dia, protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply -03 Nos (e) Multi function meter with KWH, voltage, Amp, frequency meter. Make AE/L&T/Havells (f) Misc items like screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cabe lugs, sleeves etc complete are included in quoted rates. Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS-H cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panels through gland. (vi) Cost of marking description and details on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

All as per item ser No 80 here in before but for connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth lead wire including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel

supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board print both side of size 600 mm x 750 mm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 5mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 800mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixig of cable gland as per cable size in the LT panels complete all as specified and directed.
