Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and inlcuding 1mm to 2mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over and inlcuding 2mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface up to height of double storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Supply and fixing double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :– (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf. (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T –section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape– 04 Nos per window. ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long– 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square – 01 No per leaf. vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm – 2 Nos each leaf. vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame. (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws. (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B–1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part–I, Section–8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloths 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging, door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe–410–W (Grade E–250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge

Material and labour 16 to 18mm thick black granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for 18mm thick MDF board coloured prelaminated one side (teak wood face) and other side plain prelaminated white (density over 850Kg/Cum) fixed with screws for kitchen cupboard and cabinet, shelves for cupboard, frame with door if required including 1mm thick pvc patti on cut edge of boards complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 125 mm long aluminium handle cast type anodised complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing 300mm long aluminum alloy, anodized sliding bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloys to door shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel 150 mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel cold rolled butt hinges 100mm long medium weight complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

All as per serial item No. 25 here in before but except bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from serial item No. 24 above including removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, shall be used) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams having clear span above 4mtr and up to 8 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long and 12mm dia of neck including making hole in brick /concrete surface and making good after fixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in (other then ground floor) roofs, beams staircase, landing, chajja and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

M & L providing cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated AC sheet of any thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre–painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated manglore tile steel sheet 0.50mm thick, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az–150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel sections as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe 410–W (Gde E–250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Dismantling wooden scantling 40 sq cm and over in section in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D–2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658–2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M–40 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm as in floor, tread or similar work, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 18–20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab over as in verticle surfaces, skirting, riser of steps, dado & pillar etc. over 10mm thick screed layer in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality with highlighter etc in vertical surfaces/ skirtings/dados of size 300 x 600 x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6), type C–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 1.00mm with and including stainless steel decorative brackets, two lotto for each rod length at both end etc fixed with stainless steel screws as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying neat cement slurry @3 Kg/Sqm, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) incl removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding on roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 Kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms. (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147). (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening after easing and repairing etc, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part–II (E/M items) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS–H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS–H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches, modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge. Note :– a) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only. b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately.

Description all as per serial item No. 64 here–in–before but for One 3 pin, 6 Amps, socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge.

Cat part No.811955 of make Indo Asian or equivalent in make given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing in repair, LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 35–45 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP–65 protection and other connected accessories including electronic driver and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. Cat part No.ENDURASUNDOWNSL25WLED765PASYBOTGIHD of make Havells or equivalent in make given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing sheet metal MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with double door IP–54 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge. Cat part No.811826 of make Indo Asian or equivalent in make given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 6–32 Amps, 240 volt, 10 KA, 'B' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS–H, 1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS–H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in and including PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron. Earth strip protected by GI pipe 32mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre–cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing as in repair complete all as directed by Engineer–in–Charge and earth testing on completion.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 16 sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. or laying cable etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing light grade GI Tubing of size 32mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers or in trenches as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge

Supply and fixing light grade GI Tubing of size 25mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers or in trenches as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge

Material and labour dry sand cushoning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt brick class–B laid flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in–Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Taking down and refixing of water heater any type and any size/capacity with all accessories such as nut bolt washers ,PVC pipe etc with making all connection using three core copper conductor flexible cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduite pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure Vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN) IP–54 with MCCB 63 Amp, four pole, 16 KA, 415 volts, 4 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection including making smooth the disturbed surface including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Supply and fixing LED bulk head 60 watt flameproof and waterproof IP-66 as per 15/IEC 60529:2001, die cast aluminium alloy, epoxy powder coated shad as per IS:5 with ‘O’ Ring endless gasket neoprene/silicon with heat resistance clear type. A toughened glass (flat), 140-270 V working voltage, 50 Hz. More than 100 lumens per watt, including suitable wire from ceiling rose to connected complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.
