M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth, string, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor for leveling coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm laid as in floors, skirting setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers and backing coat of cement sand mortar (1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles including patch work etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Acid resistant tiles 15mm thick ( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n. exec. 0.11 Sqm laid as in floors and wall,setting and jointed with vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors & wall or including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers and backing coat of cement sand mortar ( 1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles including patch work etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium colour powder coated door Frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/pre laminated particle board interior panels fabricated including aluminium powder coated beading rubber Gasket and packing materials and shall be drilling in existing wall and thrust bolt suitable size complete comprising the following:- (a) Door frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per specified. (b) Door Shutter Vertical Style of Size 85x44.45x2 mm as per specified. (c) Door Shutter Top style section 95.25x44.45x2.00 mm as per specified. (d) Aluminium coloured powder coated middle lock rail/bottom rail section 150x44.45x1.93mm cat No.20002. (e) Aluminium coloured powder coated Tower Bolt 02 Nos in each shutter 200 mm long as specified. (f) Aluminium coloured powder coated handle 02 Nos in each shutter 150 mm long as per specified. (g) Door Floor spring ISI Marked Make-Sandhu, Amar or equivalent. (h) Six lever mortice lock brass on in each door. (j) 12 mm thick partical board (pre laminated both face) exterior grade ISI Marked (k) Tinted glass/Plain glass(Colour) 5mm thick.

Taking down Cement Plaster/Grit wash plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (4th floor and scaffolding)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in patches in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil emulsion over a coat of primer including 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 by using manufacture/washed plaster sand on fair faces of concrete/ceiling surfaces, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation for newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for removing excavated material (soils), exc. 10 km but n exc. 15 km out side MD land and depodsiting as per NGT norms, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling, roses, pendments, regulators, socket etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from the boards/outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets ceiling, rose, lamp holders, tube light fittings,regulators etc and making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of LED T/L/Ceiling light/Round light/Bulkhed light of any type and capacity complete all as specified as directed.

S&F submain wiring with unsheated multi-standard FR Grade copper condutor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including steel conduit medium grade of not less than 20mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in walls/surface of ceiling for two runs of 1.5 Sqmm single core HR Grade anada one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insluated copper conductor fo earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB/AC plug points complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two run of single cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note :- Rates area deemed to be included for chases of steel conduit and making holes in wall/ floor for passing in or through conduit

All as per Srl item No 19 here-in-above but sub main wiring 2x2.5 sq mm 1x2.5 sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flight 2x16 watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1&2 and IP 65 proctection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc.complete with all accessories prewired anad including connecting up with three core flexible copper condutor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Switch flame-proof rotary type with termiantion box in LM6, 16, single pole 250V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termiantion box in LM6,25A, 25V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and as directed
