Demolition of stone slabs of any description in floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

Baroda green marble 14 to 16mm thick, machine cut, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade including moulding and all necessary cutting and machine polishing (table rubbed and polished), as in kitchen platform, step, jambs, pillars and like, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame exc. 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Square metre with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each, and removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1Sqm but not exceeding 2sqm each including stacking at location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for refixing in same opening(s) after rescuring or easing, adusting, welding, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to leaking joints of CI pipes/ traps/ fittings etc after taking out old jointing material lead / cement, cleaning the joint thoroughly and filling new material lead / cement and sealing the joints with joint sealing compound (Dr Fixit or equivalent) and making the installation completely leak proof complete all as specified. Note : (i) The work pertains to the drain pipes/ fittings of the WC / bath of MAP quarters installed under side of the roofs. (ii) All the joints of pipes / traps / fittings of one WC / bath shall be measured as one unit and payment shall be made for each WC / bath as “Each Job”. (iii) The rates shall include for providing scaffolding etc as required.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc , including dismantling of old sheet of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling post holes, bed blocks roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, glossy finsish, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed Note : Shape, colour and pattern shall be approved by GE
