Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5.0 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

M & L 100mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4 type B–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan Orrisa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest with CI ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap and fixing in lime concrete (1 lime: 2 sand : 5 aggregate), 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing including connection to flushing cistern and flush pipe to WC pan all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F in repairs PVC 10 ltrs syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level with inlet, ball valve and float including brackets, flush pipe of PVC 32mm bore and connection to WC pan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F as in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement 75mm diameter of outlet all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S & F as in repairs PVC pipes (SWR), type 'B', double socketed 110mm dia including jointing with solvent all as per manufactures's instruction laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F as in repairs PVC pipes (SWR), type 'B', double socketed 75mm dia including jointing with solvent all as per manufactures's instruction laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes 150mm dia (internal) after these are laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes 200mm dia (internal) after these are laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm bore class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition of existing pipe, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm internal dia for pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 200mm internal dia for pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 25 mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4 type B–0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line 300mm internal dia by JETTING SUCTION MACHINE and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge and liquid materials deposited in lines and removing the solids and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land at their own cost and the cost of removal shall be included in this rate all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line 200mm internal dia by JETTING SUCTION MACHINE and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge and liquid materials deposited in lines and removing the solids and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land at their own cost and the cost of removal shall be included in this rate all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line 150mm internal dia by JETTING SUCTION MACHINE and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge and liquid materials deposited in lines and removing the solids and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land at their own cost and the cost of removal shall be included in this rate all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning and make it functioning sewage system by removing of all types of blockages from soil waste / rain water CI waste pipes, blockages of all toilets / bathrooms/ WHB of bldg upto G+5 storey height or in trenches, sewage line of any dia including junction of manholes of any description, manholes and septic tanks of any size and depth upto the last manhole to septic tanks of central sewage system to keep smooth functional without any blockage of any description any situation with manually or some mecanically processes for all locations under AGE B/R CH all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge, by providing sufficient numbers of safaiwalas per day including all necessary tools and plants like bamboos, iron rods, bucket rope ladder etc. Contractor has to attend sub division on daily basis to collect compalints should be resolve within 24 hrs withoutfail.

De-sludging by removing semi solid sludge from the existing manholes of any capacity and any depth as in foul condition including taking and placing in position the manhole cover of any description removal of sludge and solid contents to any place outside defence land all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Factory made SFRC Pre-cast RCC manholes covers EHD-35 of size 450mm X 450mm X 100 mm thick, conforming to IS-12592 duly fixed on manhole /gully trap opening complete all as specified.

Factory made SFRC Pre-cast RCC manholes covers EHD-35 of size 600mm X 600mm X 100 mm thick, conforming to IS-12592 duly fixed on manhole /gully trap opening complete all as specified.

Factory made SFRC Pre-cast RCC manholes covers EHD-35 of size 900mm X 450mm X 100 mm thick, conforming to IS-12592 duly fixed on manhole /gully trap opening complete all as specified.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line of 300 to 450 mm bore pipe (including intermediate manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description and up to 7 metre depth by means of Truck Mounted Automatic SUPER SUCTION VACCUM machine fully Hydraulic 10,000 ltrs capacity heavy duty alongwith trolly mounted suction tankers by reaching the bottom of manhole and cleaning by using fresh clean water and removal of any type of Solid /Semi Solid Accumulated MUCK / Sludge / Water / Human Waste etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Removal of sludge /muck /human waste/ water etc shall be done out side MOD land where directed by local admistration authority.

(ii) All safety measures for workmen like oxygen cyclinder with mask, double safety belt, double rope, gloves, boots and necessary body cover with insurance of workmen, shall be mandatory. (iii) For payment purpose length of sewage line cleaned shall be measured including the width of intermediate manholes irrespective of the qty of Sludge/Muck/Human waste/ water etc met with. Nothing extra on account of clearing/ cleaning of manholes shall be payable separtely and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.
