Supply & erection of LT Panel fabricated with 14 gauge CRCA sheet with Powder coating sheet steel pedestal floor mounting type mounted on M.S. Channel 75 x 40 x 6 mm totally enclosed dust and vermin proof front opening cubical type consisting of copper wiring and copper bus bar of required capacity covered with heat shrinkable sleeves in different colour 415 volt 50 Hz A.C. supply with allied item for connection comprising of the following: - (For Sports Department) (A) Main Incomer :- (i) Space for MCCB 250 Amp. 415 V T.P. three phase 25 K.A. breaking capacity with rotary handle (include the cost of the rotary handle) = 01 No. Make of MCCB /L&T/ABB. (ii) RYB three phase indicator lamp = 03 No. (iii) Digital Ampere meter 0-500 amp and Digital Voltmeter 0-500V= 01 Set (iv) MCCB Changeover 250 Amp. capacity with rotary Handle=1 No. (B) Outgoing:- (i) Space for MCCB 100A 415 V TP three phase 25KA breaking capacity with rotary handle = 01 Nos. Make of MCCB /L&T/ABB (ii) Space for 8 way distribution board TPN = 1No. (iii) Space for MCCB 200A 415 V TP three phase 10KA breaking capacity with rotary handle = 01 Nos. Make of MCCB /L&T/ABB The panel should be nicely powder coated after degreasing phosphate treatment. The panel should be marked with incoming and outgoing feeder. The job includes interconnection (duly tape) with solid Aluminum bus bars of required cross-section capable of taking full load current between each MCCB and bus bar. The cubical panel should have removable glands plates for incoming and outgoing cables. The bus bar should be supported on epoxy insulator of suitable length confirming to relevant Indian standard. The Job should be completed up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in- charge of the work. The overall size of the panel is 1500mm×1200mm×400mm excluding the height of legs of the panel which is about Six inches in height.
