Supply, Erection, Commissioning of Kirloskar Green/Cummins/ Graves Cotton Make Diesel Generating of 100KVA capacity, 1500 RPM with alternator of 100 KVA 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 Power Factor, fixed on a base frame including suitable set of Excide Batteries. One fuel tank of standard capacity with manual control panel suitable for 100 KVA DG set consisting of Ammeter, indicating lamp, including cost of erection & commissioning mainly with eight no. anti-vibration mounting pads, exhaust pipe (M.S. pipe of required size of TATA/Jindal make) cabling 95 sqmm 3.5 core aluminum armoured cable (60 mtr.) 1 No. 300A/415 Volt four pole change over switch of Havells make and with one battery charger. Earthing 4 No. with G.I. Plate and strip as per HSR 1988 chapter 31.22 (iii), (v) and (xv). The DG set including cost of diesel for four hours trial run and including the cost of acoustic enclosure/canopy of some make as per specification to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge as given below:- - Silent DG Set container should be modular construction with provision to assemble and dismantle easily at site. - The enclosure should be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 14 SWG. - The sheet metal components should hot dips even tank pretreated. - Enclosure should be polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside), Nut Bolts and Hardware are zinc coated. - The doors should be gasket with EPDM gaskets to avoid leakage of sound. - The door handles should be lockable type. - Sound proofing of enclosure should be done with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming of IS 8183 of 100 mm thickness and density at 96 kg/M3 - The rock wool should be further covered with fibre glass cloth and proforated powder coated sheet. - Specially designed attenuators should be provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exit from the container. - Adequate ventilation should be provided to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal. If required, a blower is used to meet total air requirement and air changes. - Temperature of enclosure should not exceed beyond 5 Deg. C of ambient norms. - 25 db insertion loss of the Engine Noise as per pollution control board norms. - Emergency stop push botton should be provided outside the container. - A tube rod for providing light inside the canopy should be fitted.
