220 KV GIS PACKAGE LUMPSUM TURNKEY BASIS WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES OF WORKS: Detailed Design and Engineering, 3D Modeling, preparation and submission of engineering drawings & related documentation including As built/ Final documentation providing all services and completing the work in all respects as per provision of Bidding Document. Supply of all materials including - procurement services, shop fabrication, third party inspection, expediting, project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, transportation, all loading and unloading; payable in the Contractor’s country; insurance in Contractor’s scope; all type of freights including ocean freight / air freight and inland freight, custom clearance, all type of handling including port handling, stevedoring, handling at worksite etc., supply of start- up / commissioning / mandatory spares, chemicals, lubricants etc. Construction / Erection including loading/unloading of the materials at Contractor’s warehouse, transportation of the materials from Contractor’s workshop / Store to erection site, assembly / sub-assembly of the equipments, erection, installation, testing, Inspection, commissioning, handing over to owner inlcluding all disciplines of work and supply of material as per Tender requirements such as structural, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting, supply of all accessories and materials for erection / testing; supply of all consumables, providing all construction equipments, machineries including deployement of cranes, special tools and tackles; providing supervisory personnel, tradesman skilled / unskilled labour; insurance in Contractor’s scope; completing all works in all respects as per provisions of Bidding Document. • Completion of all works in all respects as per provisions of the Bidding Document and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including any other activity of work required to complete the Project in all respects to make it functional.

SP 01 ( Supply portion ) SUPPLY PORTION: Supply including - Procurement of all equipment/ Materials such as supply of steel, Civil, Structural and General Civil, Refractory material, insulation, Fireproofing, painting, including all material required for fabrication and transportation, mandatory spares, spares for construction/ start-up/ commissioning, training of client personals at vendor/sub vendor works, SF6 gas for GIS, oil & lubricant and buffer fluid for transformers, rotating equipments (if any), oil & lubricants, special tools & tackles required for completing and establishing a fully functional and operative 220 KV SWITCHYARD & GIS PACKAGE as per scope of work/ supplies detailed in various sections of Bidding Document for EPCC Package, drawing, specifications and other provisions of the Bidding Document and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Lumpsum Price for Supply portion for completion of Scope of Work as per Bidding Document (except Custom Duty, SWS, and IGST/CGST& SGST and its related cess if any.)
