Pipe Laying. 31.21 Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. 31.21(xxx) Supply and erection of PVC pipe of 6 kg. pressure laid 1 metre below ground level complete including digging refilling of the trench with jointing etc. 31.21(xxx) (c) PVC pipe 65 mm dia.

31.22 Earthing 31.22(i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

31.22(ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

31.22(xvi) Pdg. and fixing 4.00 mm dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required .

31.26 Supply and erection of under ground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections . 31.26 (xxxix) Ard. 10 Sq. mm 4 Core Cable .

31.30 Street Light. 31.30 (III) ( xv ) Supply and erection of 32 mm dia meter 1.5 metre long bracket ( B-Class ) making an angle of 10 to 15 degree with horizontal plane for mounting street light fitting fixing of GI bracket on wall with 2 Nos. , 32 mm x 3 mm thick MS clamps including the cost of cutting , welding of GI pipe complete with cement sand mixture , bolts and nuts etc. including necessary connections .

31.30 (IV) Supply and erection of weather proof M.S.Box of size 20 cm x 15 cm x 10 cm. covered with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet hinged cover, locking arrangemrnt , housed in wall , including the cost of 1 no. 16 amp. 415 volts kit-kat and 2 nos. 63 amp. 415 volts neutral links fixed on hard wood board in the M.S.Box including painting and necessary connections.

31.30 (V) Supply and erection of weather proof M.S.Box of size 20 cm x 15 cm x 10 cm. covered with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet hinged cover, housed in 1:2:4 cement concrete muff including suitable size of PVC pipe for in coming and out going cables, including the cost of 1 no. 16 amp. 415 volts kit-kat and 2 nos. 63 amp. 415 volts neutral links fixed on hard wood board in the M.S.Box including the cost of locking arrangement , painting and necessary connections etc. 31.30 (V) (i) Muff size 40 cm. dia 50 cm .high.

31.40 Supply and erection of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grade in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe. 31.40 (i) Size 1.5 sqmm ( 3/0.81 )

31.41 Supply & erection of double door sheet steel enclosure distribution board suitable for MCBs and ELCBs etc. recessed in wall including bonding to earth with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. 31.41 (v) 4-way , TP&N ( Horizontal) (8+12)

31.44 Supply and erection of PVC pipe ISI marked ( Medium ) recessed in wall / ceiling etc. including the cost of PVC bends , inspection boxes , iron hooks and cement concrete etc. complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work. 31.44 (ii) 25 mm dia.

31.48 Supply and erection of MS Saddle and clamps duly galvanised , on wall / RCC parapit for fixing underground cable at a distance of 0.60 metre center to center fixed by means of rawl plug including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect and upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (i) HDPE pipe 63/50 mm outer dia/inner dia.

31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with door locking arrangement. Terminal plate consisting of 2 Nos. 100 A, 4 pole natural links including connectin etc. with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for foundation of size 0.7M x 0.7 M x 1.8 M with minimum 8 Nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (i) 7 Mtr. Long pole with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130 mm with base plate of size 220x220x12mm

M.R. items N.S - 1 Supply and Erection of LED street light fitting of Crompton make LSTP -45 CDL45W or its equivalent model of Bajaj make BRTFG 45W LED / Philips make BRP 409 LED 040 CW / Surya make SLEUL 45 W with pressure die cast alluminium housing, IP-66 reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 2 Supply / Installation of street light fitting of Havells make ENDURA PEARL PLUSSL 90W LED or equivalent make of Philips BRB 410 LED 90 W / Crompton LSTP 90 CDL / Bajaj BRTGF 90W LED1 make with cast aluminium body & toughened glass including the cost of all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S-3 Supply and Erection of Post Top Lentran SLEPT-40 Watt of Surya make suitable for 40 watt ETPP lamp or its equivalent model of Philips / Bajaj make with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer. The fitting duly fitted on existing gate / pole including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
