Scraping (a) white wash and colour wash (HSR 8.32 a)

Dismantling white or coloured glazed tiles (to be carefully removed) (HSR 8.38)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level. (HSR.10.59).

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have humidity Resistance (RH) of 99", Light Reflectance ?85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Gird of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm, spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main 'T'. The system should est on periphery walls/partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x3000mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed & 40mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-section used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester bashed paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. With or without groves (HSR 13.92)

Screed of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping.(HSR.14.4)

Laying and fixing vitrified/ceramic anti skid tiles of any size of approved make in floor laid in any pattern as specified over a base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (Tiles shall be supplied by the Department). (HSR 14.93)

Laying and fixing vitrified/ceramic/glazed tiles of any size of approved make in skirting/dado, pillars, wall facing, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (Tiles shall be supplied by the Department). (HSR 14.94)

Laying and fixing granite stone in all shades, 15mm to 18mm thick in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone (excluding the cost of granite stone) (HSR 14.96)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 16.2) L.R

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 16.3) L.R

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood-work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint (HSR 16.7) L.R

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approve manufacture)one coat on old distempered work. (HSR 16.59) L.R

Supplying and fixing glass panes with moulding of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, Chikrassy and Chaplash etc. (non coniferous timber other than teak, confirming to IS specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned)- 4mm thick (glazing area above 55 sq. dm but upto 84 sq sq. dm of each pane) (HSR 17.36 c)

Providing and fixing commercial type black board, plain lining, butt jointed, including wooden plugs (teak) placed at 45cm to 60cm centres, complete with necessary nailss (frame work shall be payable extra) - (b) 19mm thick (HSR 17.49b)

Providing and fixing sliding bolts with nuts and screws, etc., complete (HSR 17.83)

Providing and fixing 0.50mm thick Aluminium sheet i/c cost of necessary screw, etc complete. (HSR 17.87)

Factory manufactured solid flush door shutters, with block board core as per I.S. No. 1659-1669 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot-pressed, conforming to I.S. 2202 part I. and II, fixed in position, including iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats and stops etc.(excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) (HSR 17.93)- Note 1 under chapter 17.18) (a) Commercial veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges:-(Jwala/Ujala make).

Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkats) consisting of 2mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fasts) iron hinges, conforming to P.W.D. specifications, including bolts for fixing stops, locknotch, provision for receiving tower bolts, and finished with one coat of ready mixed paint red lead Non-setting primer,of approved quality, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for filling in the frame, and cement concrete 1:3:6 for lugs complete :- (HSR 18.34 )

(b) Door and window frame of size 76 mm x 38 mm with 35 mm wide single rebate
