The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in the field of Multi-storey RCC framed structure buildings and rendered Consultancy Service for the Government Offices, Semi-government offices. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last five years, ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which the Tenders are invited. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works of costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the project cost put to tender, - Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the project cost put to tender, - One similar work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the project cost put to tender in any of the Government Organizations/ Semi-Government organizations. The specific values for the required experience are: - 40% of the project cost: Rs. 1,43,42,000 - 60% of the project cost: Rs. 2,15,13,000 - 80% of the project cost: Rs. 2,86,84,000 Additionally, for certain types of works, the value of specific components should not be less than certain percentages of the estimated cost put to tender. These include: - General Civil repair and maintenance work: 40% for three works, 60% for two works, and 80% for one work - CC Road works: 40% for three works, 60% for two works, and 80% for one work - Profile sheet work for roofing of godown: 40% for three works, 60% for two works, and 80% for one work - Misc.
