The bidder should have prior work experience in similar projects, specifically in piping work. The required experience is: * Two Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 0.75 Crore, OR * Three Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 0.60 Crore. Alternatively, the bidder should have done the job as an individual agency and have executed any one of the following during the last 7 years: * One Similar Completed Work costing not less than Rs. 1.20 Crore. * Two Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 0.75 Crore. * Three Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 0.60 Crore. The value of executed works can be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In case of running works, the executed value should not be less than 80% of the total work.
