The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed work of similar nature, with specific options: - Three works of executed value not less than ₹ 1.75 Crore each, - Two works of executed value not less than ₹ 2.19 Crore each, - One work of executed value not less than ₹ 3.51 Crore. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. For running works, substantial completion should not be less than 80% (value-wise). The bidder should have submitted Original Notarized Copy of Work Order / Letter of Intent, Job Completion Certificate / relevant documents confirming proof of execution of work / executed value of ongoing work of similar in nature, executed during last 7 years. The experience should be in the name of the bidding company and not in a subsidiary / associate company / group company, etc. The bidder needs to provide a copy of the completion certificate along with the corresponding LOI/WO or any other documents, duly certified by the client, to substantiate the nature and value of work done. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of not less than ₹ 1.31 Crore during the last three years, and a positive net worth during the same period. The qualifying criteria for the applicants include prior work experience in the nature and description detailed in the Notice Inviting Tender. The bidder's performance will be evaluated, and poor performance may lead to disqualification. In the case of a "tie" among bidders, their ranking will be determined based on their submitted average annual financial turnover for the last three years.
