The values mentioned for these eligibility requirements are: * 3 years (experience criteria) * 80% (past performance) * 25% (margin of purchase preference/price band) The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: * Conformity to Indian Standard IS 11676 (Latest) and the product should bear the “Standard Mark” under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards(Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. * BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification, specifically IS 302: Part 2: Sec 25: 2014, and the product should bear the "Standard Mark" under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. * Udyam Registration (for MSEs) Additionally, the bidder should have supplied products conforming to the corresponding Indian Standard and have mandatory registration as per Scheme-2 of BIS.
