Erection , testing and commissioning of above item no.9 : The price shall cover erection of Item at Sr No.9 for a dedicated hardware firewall for each set of 15 RTU to be provided at RCC which will isolate the SCADA/EMS LAN from Railnet/Internet. Railnet/Internet connectivity provided by the Purchaser will be terminated to the firewall, and the firewall shall prevent attacks from the outside world to enter the SCADA/EMS/NMS LAN.

Supply of Ethernet Switches , Firewalls , Data diode etc : The price shall include supply of all required Hardware's i.e. Network switches , Data diode and fire walls etc. including accessories which required for upgrading of Existing SCADA system of Vadodara division which is installed as per RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/133 of M/s Ashida make and RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/130 (Rev-2) of M/s Synergy make at the (RCC-Pratapnagar) Remote Control Centre, for Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 dated Nov 2023. The scope of the up- gradation work should be as per Technical Instruction No. 01 TI/IN/0048. The SCADA System of Indian Railways has been declared as Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) as per directives of National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS). Up-gradation of existing SCADA system shall confirm incorporate the Cyber Security Features in SCADA Specification to address the Cyber Security Vulnerabilities present in the SCADA System as per the revised SCADA Specification TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 . The price also includes transportation of materials if any required. The price shall cover supply of all items if any required for up gradation of existing SCADA system like extension cables/wiring/plug/switch boards/ rack / network switches etc shall be carried out by successful tenderer to confirm Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134. All necessary RDSO/HQ/Division approved drawings/designs/layouts of RCC/switching stations each 03 sets shall be Handed over to railways as case may be applicable.

Additional firewall as per RDSO spec no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 for each set of 15 RTU as per RDSO guidelines : The price shall cover supply of any hardware/software for a dedicated hardware firewall for each set of 15 RTU to be provided at RCC which will isolate the SCADA/EMS LAN 09 from Railnet/Internet. Railnet/Internet connectivity provided by the Purchaser will be terminated to the firewall, and the firewall shall prevent attacks from the outside world to enter the SCADA/EMS/NMS LAN. The firewall shall prevent unauthorized access to data & restrict users. This will eliminate possibilities of cyber attack. Hardware firewall of reputed make shall be used for this purpose. The software firewall licence shall also to be provided.

Integration of TSS RTU : The price shall cover integration of TSS/RTU which is installed 11 as per RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/133 and RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/130 (Rev-2) with the server at RCC Pratapnagar for Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134.

TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 dated Nov 2023. The price also includes erection, upgrading, testing & commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) equipment at the Remote Control Centre for Cyber Security implementation as per RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134. The scope of the up- gradation work should be as per Technical Instruction No. TI/IN/0048 The price shall cover erection of all items if any required for up gradation of existing SCADA system like extension cables/wiring/plug/switch boards/ rack / network switches etc shall be carried out by successful tenderer to confirm Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. Up-gradation of SCADA software at RCC as per RDSO spec no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 ( For cyber security) : The price shall include upgrading of existing SCADA system at (RCC- Pratapnagar) Remote Control Centre, of Vadodara division which is installed as per RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/133 of M/s Ashida make and RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/130 (Rev-2) of M/s Synergy make for Cyber Security implementation as per latest 05 RDSO Spec. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134. The price also includes supply , erection, upgrading, testing & commissioning of necessary hardware /software in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) equipment at the Remote Control Centre for Cyber Security implementation as per RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134.All work shall be carried out under supervision of railway representatives with prior intimation . Approved design/drawing/layout/FDS shall be supplied to Railway in two copies including RDSO Drawings/specifications. Before start of the work complete plan of work and design or any modification work first submitted to Sr DEE TRD BRC office .

Up-gradation of SP/SSP RTU from 130 Rev.2 to RDSO spec no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134 : The price shall include upgrading of SSP/SP RTU for upgrading of existing SCADA system of Vadodara division which is installed as per RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/130(Rev-2), for Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134. The price also 07 includes supply ,erection, upgrading, testing & commissioning of all the necessary hardware/software in the RTUs at SP/SSP for smooth working of SCADA equipment at the Remote Control Centre for Cyber Security implementation as per RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134. All work shall be carried out under supervision of railway representatives with prior intimation . The RTU are of M/s Synergy and M/s Ashida make. Approved design/drawing/layout/FDS shall be supplied to Railway in two copies including RDSO Drawings/specifications. Before start of the work complete plan of work and design or any modification work first submitted to Sr DEE TRD BRC office .

Erection , testing and commissioning of above item no.3 : The price shall cover 04 erection , testing and commissioning of workstation - grade ( not Desktop) PC as mentioned in Item No.3. The configuration and specification of workstation - grade (not Desktop) PC must be as per Para 2.2.1 and 2.2.8.1 of RDSO spec no.TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134

Integration of SP/SSP RTU : The price shall cover integration of SP/SSP RTU which is 12 installed as per RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/133 and RDSO specification No TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/130 (Rev-2) with the server at RCC Pratapnagar for Cyber Security implementation as per latest RDSO Spec. no. TI/SPC/RCC/SCADA/0134.
